An expedition of Russian scientists went to the Greek island of Crete to get into the legendary Labyrinth of the Minotaur. There she came across traces of similar expeditions committed by the Wehrmacht troops during the Second World War.

Ernst Rifgatovich, listening to your stories about the Labyrinth, I would like to hear that a group of Russian scientists, stretching out a thread, passed the Labyrinth from beginning to end and, returning, told people about the secrets that you discovered there …

EM: - This is impossible, because the Labyrinth is not end-to-end, but is a chain of multi-storey halls with columns and winding passages isolated from each other. Only funnel-shaped pipes, ending with a hole with a needle's eye, connected the halls and winding passages. Just like in the Altai legend, according to which only those people can travel in the underworld who are able to turn into "fog" and pass through the eye of a needle.

Only luck can make it possible to study the Labyrinth: you can get into it only when it gives a "breakdown", tearing out a piece of the slope and allowing the traveler to enter. The Germans were lucky, and we were lucky.

How many so-called entrances to the Labyrinth have you found?

EM: - Only 8. All of them were of the same type: on the mountain slope a "breakdown" was formed - the entrance, and inside there were either halls with columns, or winding corridors connected by typical funnel-shaped holes. But if we compare the fresh breakdowns in the Labyrinth with the older ones, then in the old ones the floor was raised, which deformed the corridors or halls, destroyed the columns. One of these old entrances to the Labyrinth is the so-called Microlabyrinth, located not far from the Megalolabyrinth, which was blown up by the Nazis. This is an underground hall with a size of 150✕70 meters, where several columns have survived. The old men said that a few years after the explosion, in front of the eyes of two shepherds grazing sheep near the Mikrolabyrinth, its floor heaved, after which the energy with which this hall was saturated was gone. By the way, I managed to find a corridor between Micro and Megalolabyrinths, about which the old men told, and, despite the raised floor, crawl along it for a certain distance, in order to eventually stumble upon a partition similar to the one that stopped us at other entrances.

We saw the same raised floor in another once beautiful underground hall measuring about 200-150 meters with a preserved column about 20 meters high, which we entered, naturally, through a "breakdown" on the hillside. And so it was in almost all cases.

In your opinion, it turns out that there is a certain energy system underground?

EM: - Yes. But, in my opinion, it was created not only underground, but also on the ground. And a kind of confirmation of this is the mysterious dolmens scattered in a huge number and variety around the entrances to the Labyrinth. What are dolmens? These are various forms, carved into rocks or made of huge monolithic slabs. It is immediately evident that titanic labor was spent on their creation. What were they made for? Nobody knows this. Why not think that dolmens are some kind of transmitters of energy received from the Labyrinth?

A member of the expedition, engineer Yuri Vasiliev, came to the conclusion that the Labyrinth is designed in almost the same way as the LC circuit in electronics. The role of the coil that traps the energy of the electromagnetic field in the Labyrinth, according to Vasiliev, is played by twisted corridors, which can probably be charged from the rotation of the Earth or from any other energies. The role of the condenser, accumulating energy, is quite possibly played by the halls, which, due to the columns, increase their surface on which energy is accumulated. And finally, the role of an amplifier-transformer, capable of transforming and, having amplified, transmitting one or another spectrum of energies, can be attributed to the dolmens that surround the Labyrinth.

And that is why, in my opinion, all the corridors and halls of the Labyrinth are isolated from each other, and not through. Everything in order to perform the role of an energy machine by analogy with the laws of electronics. And the "breakdowns" on the mountain slopes, through which we were able to look into the Labyrinth, can be interpreted as something similar to typical breakdowns in a coil or capacitor in electronics.
