A resident of Kurgan posted on a social network photographs of an unidentified flying object. In the group "Typical Kurgan" a discussion unfolded.
The pictures were taken on Monday evening, August 29, in the village of Zaozerny, according to the author of the photographs, Alexei Konovalov. According to him, the luminous object was at an altitude of about 900 meters, moving in the north-west direction against the wind, while changing the speed and altitude. The photographer noticed him by accident. “In the photo there is an object after zooming with a good camera,” the author writes.
Group members tried to "identify" the object. The most popular version is a quadcopter in the photo, from which the sun's rays are reflected. Some Kurgan residents suggested that space debris, a satellite and even a meteorite could behave in a similar way. Several panellists agreed that the object was strange. Others have confirmed seeing something similar. "On Monday evening, two similar gizmos flew over SNT Polyanka in the Ketovsky district, at about 21:00. They appeared out of nowhere and rushed against the wind towards the city," wrote a participant under the nickname Ekaterina Kondratenko.
