In a laboratory in Glauchau, Germany, while photographing a magical Mayan skull made from volcanic rocks about 1000 years ago and nicknamed Kuautemok, an unfortunate incident occurred: one of the laboratory staff accidentally dropped an artifact. Legend has it that the Mayan skull was stolen from Tibet by a group of Nazis sent to find Shangrila between 1937 and 1939. Then it belonged to Reichsfuehrer SS Heinrich Himmler, after which a British soldier who was present at the arrest of the fascist became its owner. Only after that did he migrate to the historian Thomas Ritter.
