Lotkin Roman Valerievich, a minibus driver, in the early morning of August 1, 2015, gathered people in the direction of Kirillovka and Genichesk from Dnepropetrovsk. Check in with a doctor and a mechanic at the beginning of 5 am. Gathering of people around the city from 5 to 6 in the morning. Already an ordinary route, but now he will remember that morning for a long time.
“I left the garage, noticed a strange object in the DAFI area, it was flying from the side of the Krivoy Rog highway towards the Kharkov highway. The flight altitude was about 2 km. Observation range ~ 3-4 km. Speed - faster than an airplane and absolutely silent. It had its own lighting (like a signal lamp like an airplane). There was no contrail. I flew over the districts of Petrovsky Avenue - Rabochaya Street, Amur Bridge. Disappeared from view due to trees. After 1 minute and 20 seconds (observed from Geroev Stalingrada Street), he flew towards the Pobeda residential area, deviating from the original trajectory by 90 degrees, - this is how an eyewitness described his observation in the UFO monitoring project over Ukraine.

To the delight of the observer himself, a video recorder was working in the car. And although the shooting conditions and quality are not very pleasing, but partly the UFO did get into the frame and you can see it.
“The weather that morning was cloudy, sometimes lightning, sometimes light rain. In the video from the recorder, the sky is not very visible, but visibility was sufficient with the naked eye. On the video at 4: 43-4: 54 you can see the movement and illumination of the UFO,”comments Roman Valelyevich on the video from the recorder.

“On Kalinova Street - Sofya Kovalevskaya Street, at about 5 am I took a woman with her son,” the driver adds, “who was the first to say that she had just seen a UFO.
