My sister died at the age of 27. About six months have passed since the day of her death, when one day about two o'clock in the morning I was awakened by a phone call. I pick up the phone: "Hello!" The answer to me was: “Well, I've arrived, I'm already standing here! Open it to me!"

The dream instantly vanished from surprise: the voice, intonation, even some special manner of "hitting" - everything was like my sister's! I didn’t believe in mysticism, and common sense kept repeating: “Probably, some girl got off the night train, stands with her things near a pay phone (there were no mobile ones yet) and was waiting for her to be picked up. I called someone of my acquaintances, but the number was wrong."

Many different thoughts flashed through my head. And the girl, in the voice of her late sister, insistently demanded to open the door for her. But how can she stand outside the door if she is currently on the phone? The nearest telephone booth was on the street across the street!

Directly ask the question: "Tanya, is that you?" - I did not dare and only replied: “You probably

you've got a wrong number". The onslaught from the caller weakened, I said goodbye and hung up, although in my heart I was no longer sure that this was a "girl from the night train."

After some time, they talked with an acquaintance, and the conversation turned to life after death. From him I heard the key phrase: - The soul of the deceased can even call by phone. After much thought, I finally realized: it was my sister called, there are no such coincidences! But why did she call? Did you want to take me with you? Or for something else? In any case, it is correct that I did not open the door then.
