In August 2006, off the coast of Sardinia, a mysterious old-built sailing ship was discovered, on board of which law enforcement agencies did not find a single person. It was also not possible to determine where the ship came from

The divers who examined the keel part of the "ghost sailing ship" reported that it was absolutely clean, there were no growths on it. This means that the vessel, before entering the water area of the island, was constantly sailing and did not anchor for a long time anywhere. The naval specialists who examined the ship came to the conclusion that it was of a rather old construction.

Local parapsychologists then said that the mysterious ship is most likely one of the so-called "Flying Dutchmen" who escaped from the deadly Bermuda Triangle.

Indeed, there are places on Earth where ghostly visions acquire frightening clarity and to eyewitnesses it seems that they have moved in time. And one of these places is the ill-fated Bermuda. Of course, most of the visions can be explained by the physical condition of people. But at the same time, there are cases when quite healthy people, trained athletes, travelers who were able to distinguish delirium from reality were witnesses. But they also tell incredible stories.

That is why, “going on a trip on your own yacht, do not tempt fate, sailing through the waters of the Bermuda Triangle, try to bypass this place,” experts warn, commenting on the incredible events that are increasingly occurring in recent years in the mysterious and still pore little explored Bermuda Triangle.

So, for example, only strange experiments of that area with time can explain the following case.

On that June day in 2000, David Vernaya and his friend Carmen Vargas and their friends Oliver and Maria Mendoza set out on a yacht from Tuck Kerstown for a day sailing. The meeting with the unknown took place a few hours later, when their ship entered an area of strange fog hanging low above the water.

At that moment, all four of them were watching the TV show "The Wheel of Fortune" in the cabin, and suddenly the TV screen began to alternately flash and then go out.

“My friend Carmen,” recalls David Bernal, “got up to tune the TV, but before she could touch it, the image reappeared. Now on the screen was … President Eisenhower answering questions about the U-2 spy plane shot down by the Russians.

We thought we were showing some kind of documentary, but then the announcer named the date - May 6, 1960. Then there were advertisements for three 1960s car models: the Nash Rambler, the Chevrolet Impala and the Ford Falcon, and a series of kitchen appliances from the 1960s.

We were extremely excited. Carmen quickly switched channels on which there were some strange programs. There was an eerie feeling that time went backwards, and we moved forty years ago!"

Horrified, the sailors could not bring themselves to turn off the television: over the next 6 hours, they watched several programs and television films that aired in 1960. This continued until the return to Tuckerstown.

The police, where Bernal reported this more than unusual incident, found out that at that time none of the 1960 programs were running anywhere in Bermuda. Technical experts, examining the TV on board the yacht, also found nothing unusual.

Until now, no one has been able to offer a satisfactory explanation of what actually happened. But few people doubt that there was some kind of time deformation unknown to modern science.

Several years later, the yacht of the coal king, Donald Dukes, was in the Sargasso Sea. As eyewitnesses describe, the weather that day was unusually calm, but suddenly lightning flashed, a sharp north-west blew, and the yacht was carried south. Oddly enough, the storm subsided quickly and the weather was excellent. It was then that the sailor noticed that an unusual ship was heading south-west straight to the yacht.

In appearance, the oncoming ship clearly did not belong to the modern era. Most likely, the sailing ship "sailed" from the time of Columbus, in any case, the people on its deck were dressed in old costumes. They looked quite alive and looked puzzled at the yacht sailing towards them. As soon as the ships approached, a tornado shot up between them, and the vision disappeared. The crew of the yacht was so shocked that they tried to get out of the "bad" waters as soon as possible.
