One of the strangest aspects of the phenomenon of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) is the undeniable existence of certain geographic areas where UFOs are seen with surprising regularity, as well as various paranormal phenomena.

It is believed that in these anomalous zones, or "windows" as they are called by ufology, there are some kind of portals through which UFOs enter our space and time.

Multidimensional Space

Some people think that UFOs do not travel through ordinary interstellar space, but directly, by the shortest path, through a dimension that science fiction calls "multidimensional space" or "hyperspace". The term was coined in 1934 by the pioneer of the sci-fi genre, John Campbell. He needed to find a good solution to such a problem as traveling long distances between the stars.

Later, as with most concepts in science fiction, physics and mathematics recognized that the existence of hyperspace was theoretically possible. Today in textbooks you can find the following definition of hyperspace: any kind of space in which more than three dimensions exist simultaneously.

It is essentially impossible to imagine movement through multidimensional space, since this implies movement at the right angles in all possible directions of our familiar space. The following analogy helps to draw this picture in your imagination. Imagine a map of the starry sky. You need to get, for example, from our planet to the planet that revolves around the closest star to us - Proxima Centauri, the distance to which is 4.2 light years.

It will take hundreds of years to cross such a huge distance through ordinary space with today's technical capabilities. And even if you move at a speed close to the speed of light, this journey would still take many years. But imagine that it is possible to "fold" the space in such a way as to combine the point of departure and the point of arrival. It’s like folding a star map so that our solar system and Proxima Centauri would approach each other, and instead of millions of kilometers along the usual route, it would be enough to “jump” just a few hundred thousand kilometers.

Superspace

Until recently, the theory of the hyperspace region seemed just a fiction, but in 1962, Professor John A. Wheeler (one of the inventors of the hydrogen bomb) and Robert Fuller published a controversial scientific work entitled "Causality and the interconnection of the space-time continuum."

Thanks to this book, the concept of "superspace" appeared - an unrelated space of huge coverage, permeating every part of the Universe. Travel through superspace is much faster due to the very nature of this dimension, where the usual laws of physics may not work.

The exciting possibilities of this region of space, reminiscent of hyperspace, take on even greater proportions due to the fact that Wheeler and Fuller in their book not only suggested the existence of superspace, but actually deduced such a conclusion by a logical way from Einstein's general theory of relativity. In addition, many inspiring discoveries have been made regarding the space that we are used to thinking of as ordinary emptiness.

Quantum physicists have found that on a submicroscopic scale, what appears to be empty is not at all. Even in conditions of absolute vacuum, in a space of 1 cubic meter. cm pulsates and vibrates such an amount of energy, which requires a mass of 1091 kg. Considering the fact that as a result of the explosion of a 20-megaton hydrogen bomb, only 1 kg of mass is converted into energy, only 1 cubic meter. cm of space contains a terrifying amount of energy - and we do not know how to "tame" this energy.

In empty space, filled with subatomic vibrations, there are subatomic tunnels only a few centimeters long. These tunnels connect different parts of the space. Physicists who have studied these tunnels, the so-called "wormholes", have not been able to understand their complex geometry, as it is believed that some of these tiny "corridors" lead out of space and then back.

According to one of the latest theories, wormholes connect every part of space to all other parts of space, and even across light years, and if we were small enough to travel through these tunnels of superspace, we could instantly travel anywhere in the universe.

Oddly enough, Einstein was unusually far-sighted, and his theory contains a relatively explanation for the existence of wormholes, which does not violate Einstein's laws or the law of causation. To date, no one has been able to send even a radiogram down the wormhole due to their tiny size.

Even an electron cannot penetrate them, since it is 100 billion times larger than such tunnels. However, if any physicist succeeds in opening the entrance to the wormhole as wide as possible, so that a spaceship could get there, the road to the stars would open for us, and the Space Age of interplanetary research would begin.

Black holes - "holes" for UFOs?

There is an assumption that only one natural phenomenon is able to widen the entrance to a wormhole - a black hole. In this regard, there are very controversial theories about the possibility of creating tiny black holes here on Earth.

Scientists at Brookhaven National Laboratory in New York have spent more than $ 700 million to create the world's most powerful particle accelerator. On July 16, 1999, the heavy ion relativistic collider was launched in test mode. But soon the project manager John Marburger stopped testing, as there were fears that the collider was causing so-called "disturbances in the universe." That is, the experiment was suspended to find out if the launch of the super accelerator led to the appearance of a small black hole on Long Island in the United States.

The emergence of black holes

The possible appearance of a black hole is explained by the fact that the giant device can create "strapels" - a newly discovered type of matter composed of quarks. When the strapels combine, they set off an uncontrollable chain reaction, turning everything they come in contact with into quarks. The resulting mass can reach a density that allows the formation of a small black hole. Under the influence of gravitational forces, it will move to the center of the Earth, where it will swallow the entire planet in a matter of minutes.

If there are races in the Universe with a high level of technology development, which have long since discovered a way to pass through "wormholes" by creating small black holes, then such races must have a perfect system of movement in interstellar and intergalactic space, that is, use paths leading to various the worlds that these races are exploring or possibly colonizing.

Paths-roads through dimensions The

English poet William Wordsworth, who remarked that "there is some life in the firmament," was most likely right, and outer space is permeated with a network of paths created by more advanced civilizations.

Can UFOs, which humans sometimes meet, enter our world through such "wormholes"? If so, that explains how they come and go. The aliens may be using a hyperspace route network similar to our major highway system. Perhaps there are roads passing through different dimensions, as well as a kind of "roundabout". If this is so, then there must be such places, the paths from which lead to our Earth.

Probably, spaceships moving along such routes move from superspace into our usual dimension, while finding themselves in the sky above the Earth. Without a doubt, such spaceships must have devices that allow the opening and closing of wormholes so that ground aircraft do not accidentally hit them.

UFO Zone in Wales

But there is a possibility that from time to time human air transport does pass through these heavenly portals. Perhaps this fate befell Flight Officer Brian Holding, who took off on 7 March 1922 from an airfield in Chester, England. It was assumed that the flight will be short and will take place along the border, with a landing at an airfield in Wales. Dozens of people saw the Holding's plane returning from Wales and heading towards Chester. But the aircraft, driven by an experienced pilot, never reached its final destination and was never seen again.

Large-scale searches were launched for the wreckage of the aircraft, but no traces of it were found. Even stranger, a group of characteristic lights were seen moving in concert over North Wales a few weeks before the disappearance of the Holding. Over the years, this region has experienced various unexplained events, and now it is considered the largest "window". The center of this anomalous zone is the seaside town of Barmouth, located in Wales.

Anomalous Zone - Barmouth

Geologists have discovered that there is a complex pattern of magnetic anomalies of unknown origin at Barmouth.

The first reports of the appearance of representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations in this region date back to 1692, when a luminous object landed near the British city of Harwick. For several months he continued to instill fear in the inhabitants of the city, after which he disappeared into the sky and did not appear again.

In addition, strange blue and white lights appeared in the region in 1869, 1875 and 1877, but the most notable events took place in 1905, when UFO activity took on an unprecedented scale. This was a period of the Welsh Methodist revival, and it is no surprise that the strange lights in the heavens were seen by many new converts as a sign of God.

The first "news" about UFOs

One of the earliest reports of UFO sightings in North Wales in 1905 came in January from a train driver who noticed ten glowing lights in the evening sky flying at high speed over the chapel of the small town of Aegreen, between Barmouth and Harlek, in County Gwynedd. After that, the lights began to appear frequently in the night sky of North Wales, and one night a huge luminous arch appeared in the sky, reminiscent of the northern lights.

One end of the arch went into the sea, and the other touched the top of a local hill. Soon after, more than a hundred astonished people witnessed the appearance of a shining star-shaped object that flew out from under the arch and rushed down to the rooftops of Egrin's houses. A shining star floated over several houses and then flew away with phenomenal speed. And the luminous arch gradually disappeared into the night.

Rumors of mysterious night lights spread widely, and a journalist and photographer from the Daily Mirror began investigating the phenomenon. They also saw these lights. A Daily Mirror reporter wrote in his report:

“It was close to midnight and we were near Barmouth when suddenly, without the slightest warning, the road ahead of us lit up with a soft flickering light. Then it became so bright around that every branch and every stone in a radius of one meter was visible, as if we were in the center of the light circle of a searchlight. It seemed as if something huge, stretching from earth to sky, suddenly opened its bowels and spewed out a whole stream of light.

All of this was a bit like the effect of a festival balloon explosion, but still it was something completely different. But almost immediately, as soon as I looked up, the light above us began to fade. It seemed to me that in the very center of the stream of white light, I saw a gray oval and half-open bulk. But after a moment it closed, we were again surrounded by darkness.

That summer, until the very end of July, this gray almond-shaped bulk was very often seen over North Wales, which opened and released several glowing lights and a circular aircraft into the sky over Barmouth.

On one of these nights, a thunderstorm began, and when branched lightning struck a lenticular bunch that hovered in the sky, the flash illuminated three objects, similar to saucers, which flew out of a lenticular cloud that appeared, as if from nowhere. It is possible that a farmer who watched this cloud for an entire week was close to the truth when he said that it could be "a gateway for something that comes from anywhere."

As with other UFO zones in Britain, Europe, and the Americas, the anomalous zone at Barmouth contains many mounds and other ancient sites. Curiously, there are also many megalithic structures in North Wales. Many ufologists consider this fact to be important, and some of them put forward a hypothesis according to which people living on the territory of modern Barmouth in the Neolithic period knew that this region was unusual. Perhaps it was to point to this fact that they erected these mighty stone landmarks. If this version is correct, then the "windows" for UFOs have existed for thousands of years, and possibly longer.

The most famous UFO zones

Unusually, Stonehenge, the most famous megalithic monument in the world, is located just outside Warminster, Wiltshire, home to the largest UFO zone.

Etymological analysis of the names found in any locality always shows that the highest concentration of anomalous zones is always observed in Lord Bath's estate at Longleat in Warminster, places whose names start with the word "Devil".

For example, at Devil's Elbow in Warwickshire, many strange lights have appeared in the sky over the years. At Lord Bath's Longleat estate in Warminster, there is a place called the "heavenly gate." These names seem to reflect the mystical nature and supernatural history of those places.

Bonnybridge town

Another area of UFO activation that has been highlighted in the media in recent years is the picturesque town of Bonnybridge, located in Scotland. The population of this town is only 9000 people. It has one hotel, two pubs and about a dozen shops.

But since 1995, Bonnybridge has been flooded with documentary filmmakers from the United States, Japan and Europe, who are filming those "performances" that can be seen almost daily in the sky over the city. About 5,000 people living here, more than half of the population, have witnessed the strange and often frightening UFO activity that unfolds in the skies above their homes.

At first, skeptics argued that the reason for so many extraterrestrial manifestations was the location of Bonnybridge in the immediate vicinity of the routes leading to Glasgow and Edinburgh airports.

But independent professional UFO researchers, using high-magnification video cameras and telephoto cameras, were able to capture lights and objects that not only did not resemble human air transport, but also performed acrobatic maneuvers (for example, right-angle turns) that could not one aircraft created on our planet. Extraterrestrial "performances" at Bonnybridge continue to this day, but scientists still turn a blind eye to this phenomenon.

Bermuda Triangle

The most notorious anomalous zone on the planet is undoubtedly the so-called Bermuda Triangle, also known as "Purgatory of the Damned", "Sea of Misfortune", "Devil's Triangle" and "Atlantic Cemetery".

Thousands of unexplained disappearances and accidents have occurred within this vast, triangular area stretching from Puerto Rico to Florida, with a peak in the Azores region. It began back in the time of Columbus, who himself observed strange red balls of fire flying over his ships during his historic journey to the island of San Salvador in 1492.

The term "Bermuda Triangle" was coined in 1964 by the writer Vincent Gaddis. Today, even skeptics do not dare to say that by pure chance there are many sea and air disasters here, that all the mysterious phenomena in this area are pure fiction and the result of exaggeration and the pursuit of sensations in the media.

Even today, ships and aircraft continue to disappear in the territory covered by the so-called Bermuda Triangle. In order to solve the problem, it was proposed to study this region, but as often happens, scientists refuse to recognize the existence of an anomalous zone in this region. Recently, Japanese scientists have suggested placing sensors like life buoys in the Bermuda Triangle.

These waterproof probes will have built-in reliable video cameras, as well as a range of scientific instrumentation that will forward information to a dedicated ship or to a land-based data center. But electronic and mechanical equipment in the triangle is often malfunctioning, so this idea is quite risky.
