On March 14, the world celebrated the 137th anniversary of the birth of one of the most famous and popular scientists of our planet - Albert Einstein. The brilliant physicist was the author of about 300 scientific papers and 150 books!
Having become interested in the properties of light at a very young age, he developed a large number of scientific concepts, including the theory of relativity and the theory of the photoelectric effect, for which he received the Nobel Prize.
In addition to these achievements, Einstein had a set of qualities that not everyone can boast of. The scientist was at the forefront of the pacifist and anti-racist movement, opposed the use of nuclear weapons, criticized capitalism, defending the idea of a socialist world government, played the violin masterly - and was also distinguished by enviable optimism and incredible infantilism and stubbornness.
