In the US in the state of California, on June 22, 2016, two fishermen swam to a remote location on the Yuba River, which flows along the Sierra Nevada mountain range, and were able to photograph a UFO between the steep banks.
As one of the eyewitnesses reported to the World UFO Network (VUFON) after returning, he and his father were fishing in a boat and were at the northern fork of the Yuba River. At 5 am that day, he took several photographs of the surrounding forest and canyon.
According to the man, when they returned home, he looked through all the photographs and noticed that in the photograph there was an unknown object in the sky above the edge of the forest. At that moment, he took three pictures in a row within a few seconds. In the second photo there is a UFO, but in the first and third it is not.
He added that the object was rectangular, shiny on one side and silvery on the other. In the place where he was filming, no planes flew, there were only hawks or vultures. This is a wild place, there are no people around, there is no noise, except for the sound of water running over the stones.
As ufologist Scott K. Waring noted, UFOs often move so fast that the human eye cannot see them. The digital lens is more advanced and can capture UFOs in the frame even though some of them fly very fast.
