A resident of the Scottish city of Cotebridge is sure that the ghost of a teenage boy lives in her house. He once even left black handprints on the wall.
Joan Gallagher, 39, who has 8-year-old daughter Aimee and two older children, was cleaning her home one day and saw black handprints on a white wall. Joan assures that her daughter could not leave these prints, since she was leaving for several days with her father to another city.
Although the wall with handprints is located outside the door of Amy's room, according to Joan this is a very prominent place and if the prints had been there before, she would have noticed them.
Moreover, Joan says that he knows who left these prints and it is the ghost of a teenage boy named Benny, who lived in this house in the 20s of the last century and committed suicide by hanging on the stairs. The family was informed about this by a psychic whom Joan called, frightened by anomalous phenomena. The prints themselves were like those left by hands smeared with coal dust.
According to Joan, this is not the first time she has noticed the paranormal in her home. She says that once, when her son was spending the night at his friend's house, she heard in a dream someone whispering "Mommy, Mommy."
Joan woke up and thought it was her daughter Amy calling her, and then someone pressed on her shoulder. The woman was very frightened and shouted "Stop, you're scaring me!", After which everything calmed down.
Another story relates to the fact that Amy once saw a ghost of a woman in her room in the corner. The girl got scared and screamed. After that, she ran to sleep in her mother's room.

In another case, children reported seeing a woman with black hair looking at them from the top of the stairs. And one day Amy woke up crying and said that she saw in a dream a boy named Ben. And the son once witnessed how the lights suddenly went out in the room and someone said, "Sean, I'm here."
Joan is sure that she herself (and apparently her children too) has a special gift - a mysterious connection with the afterlife, and she had this gift since childhood. When she was 15 she saw the ghost of her dead grandmother.
