In addition to them, the CIA provided several photographs from official or classified events. Available, in particular, is a 1961 image of President John F. Kennedy speaking against the background of a map of Vietnam, and a photograph with Richard Nixon at a map of Cambodia, taken in 1970.

The CIA is one of the US government agencies tasked with collecting and analyzing information about foreign citizens and organizations. The head of the agency reports directly to the President of the United States.
