One of the mysterious and, undoubtedly, frightening anomalies, which has been actively discussed in recent years, is the disappearance of people, massively and individually. We are not talking about banal disappearances associated with crime and the desire of individual subjects to "cover their tracks" - no, in our cases it is impossible to explain what happened with ordinary categories of being …

The tribe has gone nowhere

In 1930, trapper Joe Labelle decided to visit his Eskimo friends in a village near Lake Anjikuni (Canada). He was there two weeks ago, and the village was full of life. "Where did everyone go?" - the hunter wondered, wandering through the deserted village and entering houses where there was not a soul. “Maybe the tribe went hunting? But why then the weapons are in their places?"

Even the pots of food were untouched … Seeing that there were no traces of either people or animals from the village, Labelle was horrified and went to the local authorities, who undertook an intensive search, but did not find anyone.

How can we explain this sudden loss of a whole - let us emphasize, a whole tribe, and not a group of individuals? Even in the worst case, their bodies would have been found, but they were never found. Did the Eskimos voluntarily leave the village in which they spent their whole life?..

This case echoes a story told by a scientist from the Elmolo tribe in Kenya, who lives in the area around Lake Rudolf. Legends say that a large tribe that traded with tribes living on the mainland used to live on the island of Envaitenet (whose name translates as "irrevocable").

And then one day the trade was interrupted. Tired of the unknown, people sent scouts to the island, who later said that the village was completely abandoned. How, completely unnoticed, could an entire tribe swim across the lake and disappear into the forests? And why was it necessary? By the way, in the huts there were also abandoned things that practical people could hardly neglect. Since then, this island has been considered cursed.

However, one should not think that such disappearances of people have occurred and are happening only somewhere far away. In neighboring Russia, there are also countless such cases. The press often flashes publications dedicated to the famous Blue Stone on Lake Pleshcheev (the city of Pereslavl-Zalessky). At the same time, a local legend is also mentioned that, they say, the rich city of Kleshchin used to stand on the shore of the lake, but for no reason at all was abandoned by the inhabitants. The spirit of the lake cursed this city, and therefore Pereslavl-Zalessky was already being built further from the lake, “behind the forests”.

All these, of course, are legends, but local residents still treat Lake Pleshcheevo as a living being. Rumor has it that fogs, which are frequent in the vicinity of the lake, are very dangerous - if you find yourself inside the fog, you can fall out of your life for a few days, although these days will seem like minutes to you. Or you may not go out at all or find yourself in a different time and space …

The Nizhneilimsky district of the Irkutsk region is known for similar anomalies, where three employees of the local police department disappeared near the Dead Lake several years ago. By the way, in the same area five years earlier a train of 23 cars and the people accompanying it literally left for nowhere.

Near the Pskov village of Lyady, in the area where the ravine is located, which is popularly called the Devil's, people are also regularly lost.

Once, in 1928, a logging brigade went here, and it disappeared. To this day, a dull list of disappearances is kept. And mushroom pickers, recklessly looking for boletus and chanterelles in this place, can wander in the forest for several days in full confidence that only a few hours have passed.

Disappeared out of the blue …

We agree that all of the above cases, albeit with considerable difficulty, can be found with real explanations. Well, let’s say, Irkutsk militiamen are tired of (those who disappeared at the Dead Lake) to carry out dangerous service or problems have arisen with criminals, and they decided to “disappear” by cunning ways to ensure their retreat. Now they live somewhere in another country and enjoy life. This version is implausible, but possible.

But how then to explain the disappearance of a person in front of numerous witnesses, when he literally dissolves into thin air? So farmer Lange disappeared, whose disappearance was seen by five people. Such cases are innumerable. Monk Ambrose of the Kirillov Monastery of Novgorod melted into thin air during a meal, as evidenced by the chronicles of the 17th century.

Nowadays a woman, leaving the car to wipe the fogged-up windows, disappeared in front of her stricken husband … In ancient times and the Middle Ages, such cases were attributed to witchcraft and connections with evil spirits. In 1809, at the court of the Austrian king Franz, the British ambassador Benjamin Bathurst disappeared in a similar way, which was quickly attributed to the machinations of Napoleon - but eyewitness testimony proves that the "little corporal" had nothing to do with it.

Of course, things don't always end so badly. It happens that people, after disappearing, appear again, but in a different place or at a different time.

For example, in the 1960s, one military pilot was forced to eject from the plane - the instruments failed, for some reason the darkness thickened around. He regained consciousness … 700 kilometers from the crash site, and another pilot said that he saw his friend's plane disappear into the air …

The caves located in the vicinity of the Chinese city of Guilin have an intricate system, and therefore the guides often count their tourists to make sure that no one is lost. In 2001, one of the groups was joined by a previously unseen Japanese man who emerged from the tunnel. The tourist himself claimed that it was 1998, but he was tired of the excursion and just decided to take a break in one of the caves. With great difficulty, it was possible to convey to his mind the fact that the "respite" dragged on for three years …

And the detachment of Khan Devlet-Girey "was wrong" not in place, but in time - only "confused" 1571 with 1621. The Tatars, caught by the guards of Tsar Mikhail Fedorovich, swore that they, as part of the Tatar army, took part in the assault on Moscow and accidentally drove on their horses into a deep ravine, where some strange fog was streaming … They drove out of the ravine, but the battle ended almost half a century.

What the researchers say

It is believed that the so-called temporary "black holes" are responsible for such disappearances, which drag a person into their reality and very rarely let him out. Geophysical anomalies, for example, faults in the earth's crust, are capable of provoking the appearance of such holes. And, of course, aliens cannot be written off - perhaps they are abducting people for the sake of goals unknown to us.

But the most important thing is that it is impossible to predict to what place and time this mysterious anomaly will send a person. The teleportation process is currently completely uncontrollable - well, with the possible exception of the teleportation of Indian yogis.

Perhaps one of the keys to the mystery of the mysterious disappearances can give us the life of the Oolug tribe living in New Guinea. People of this tribe say that they have the art of living in two worlds at the same time - in this world and in the Land of Shadows, where everything is different and amazing. Several times a day, the Indians plunge into a trance and go to the Land of Shadows. But at the same time their physical body remains in place, so perhaps here we are dealing with a kind of ordinary meditation performed by the Oolug tribe.

Another clue to the mystery of teleportation comes from the unusual circumstances under which it occurs. Very often, at the same time, a person extremely intensively thinks about how to get to a specific area or how to escape from imminent danger.

At the end of the 19th century, the scientist N. Zonner conducted a rather interesting, albeit cruel, experiment - he set a bulldog on a Siberian cat named Izya sitting on a chain. The cat, as expected, reacted very violently - hissed, released its claws … and disappeared from sight, and the chain remained lying on the floor. The poor animal, alive, albeit frightened, was found a few days later in the bell tower of the church. It turns out that horror was able to activate the cat's paranormal abilities. And with a man this is even more possible.

Be that as it may, mastering the mysterious process of teleportation will mean for all mankind a real revolution of being …
