In the dark sky over the city of Alexandria, located in Virginia, 10 kilometers from the US capital, on March 19, 2017, a large UFO was observed in the form of a boomerang.
A black V-shaped object, which was completely silently moving below the clouds at an altitude of about 150 meters, was noticed by a local resident who came out at half past nine in the evening to the balcony of his apartment to smoke a cigar.
“I was looking at the constellation Orion,” an eyewitness said in a statement to the World UFO Network (MUFON). "My eyes were already well adapted to the darkness when I noticed movement in the dark sky below Orion."
Focusing on the object, the inhabitant of Alexandria realized that a "large boomerang in the form of an airplane" was moving southward at low speed, on the bottom of which five large circles of dark gray were visible. According to the description of an eyewitness, the object fit perfectly into the night sky, as if it had purposely put on a black camouflage.
“If I hadn't caught his movement at that moment, it would have been impossible to see him. This plane had no visible lights at all and did not make any noise,”an eyewitness wrote in his report.
A local resident, whose house is located in an area with heavy air traffic, indicated that the mysterious UFO remained visible for about 8-10 seconds, and before and after it, other planes moved in the sky at different altitudes and directions with flashing lights.
“I have served in the Air Force and National Guard in the past and have never seen a plane like this tonight. It was really incredible,”added an eyewitness and attached a hand-drawn sketch to his report.
