According to human anatomy, we have various organs, nervous system, hormonal functions, and so on. We studied all this at school and here everything is more or less clear. However, the study of human mental functions raised questions to which many could not find an answer. Therefore, the modern explanation of the human psyche seems vague, that these are just combinations of nerve impulses.

Based on these considerations, such lofty concepts as love, friendship, fidelity, honesty also become just conditioned reflexes.

But if such mechanical views can somehow explain the activity of mental functions inside the body, then their external activity is simply impossible to explain. Such phenomena as clairvoyance, clairaudience, telepathy, telekinesis, levitation are not connected in any way with nerve impulses occurring inside the body. Rather, they indicate that our mental functions have the ability to act at a huge distance from the body and the nervous system cannot be involved in all this. All mental functions are controlled by the subtle body of a person, which operates not only within us, but also outside. In addition to the physical body, consisting of gross matter, there is also a subtle body, consisting of subtle matter. Modern science has made many interesting discoveries over the past couple of centuries. For ordinary people, this conviction is not based on scientific experiments, but on the practical application of knowledge in everyday life. The subtle body has an invisible nature, and we cannot see the subtle body of another person, but we perceive its manifestations every minute and every second. This can be understood through changes in your mental state during communication. So, just looking at another person can cause such strong emotions as anger, love, envy, disgust, and such strong reactions can last for several days. You can argue that these are just reflexes. However, why then a person, offended, cannot be distracted from the object of his offense. His attention is forcibly riveted again and again to the source of the injustice. Physiologists will say that this is a persistent conditioned reflex. However, if that were the case, then it could not be reduced by any forces, except by impact on the nervous system. Therefore, they offer such a person to drink sedatives. However, the offense is not removed by any sedatives. It turns out that resentment is nothing more than a real, but invisible connection between two people: the offender and the offended. Since this connection works independently of our desire - subconsciously, that's why it flares up again and again. It turns out that by simply forgiving the offender, the person does not immediately get rid of the negative connection with him. The offense passes only if the person disassembles and realizes the cause of the events. This is why many people cannot forgive for years. Because they don't know how to do it right. Deceived by the hope of medicine, they drink it with all their might. Instead, however, you just need to learn how to learn to forgive. It turns out that there are laws of the Universe, which are really laws, and not just etiquette of behavior. These are the laws of the functioning of the human subtle body. They are the same laws of nature as the law of gravity or Ohm's law. However, these laws concern the functioning of not gross, but subtle matter. Without observing them, we immediately approach all kinds of diseases and blows of fate. The phenomenon of resentment, love or friendship, which does not melt even at a distance, indicates that there is some kind of invisible connection between people. This connection is established when we look, speak or communicate with each other. Let's get acquainted with this interesting teaching about the structure of the human subtle body.which are really laws, not just etiquette of behavior. Prana (Human Life Energy)

We have a subtle and invisible body of prana (energy). The subtle body of prana is made up of energy moving within our body. However, this energy by itself is not produced by our body, it is taken from outer space. Every fraction of a second, prana moves both inside the body and outside it. Our body constantly exchanges prana with the environment. Although this energy is not visible, we perfectly feel its presence inside the body. We say: “Today I feel vigorous”, “Today I feel good, joyful” - this means that the movement of vitality in the body is harmonious and well-oiled. We say that we are fresh, cool - this means that vital energy is actively exchanged with the environment. On the other hand, lethargy, drowsiness, decreased mood indicates a reduced activity of a person's vital energy. However, it never happens that a living person does not receive vital energy. Only death can stop the movement of prana in the body. In the structure of our body, in addition to prana, there are even thinner shells. A man is like a nesting doll - on the outside there is a rough anatomical structure, but other shells of our structure invisible to the eye still operate in its structure. They are all called human subtle bodies.

Prana activity

Promotional video:

Now let us consider in more detail the activity of prana within the body. The human body with all its tissues lives due to the active functioning of the nervous system. The nervous system, in turn, is supported by vital energy - prana moving inside us. In another way, we can say that there is such a force that activates nerve fibers. Without sufficient knowledge and experience in this matter, we often confuse prana with electrical impulses or electromagnetic waves. Indeed, the movement of prana in our body is very similar to the movement of electricity in nerve tissues. However, if a person has at least some kind of logic, then he must ask himself a question: the nervous system activates the heart, brain and lungs, this in turn supports life in the body. It's all clearbut what activates the nervous system itself? Modern science cannot answer this question intelligibly. Prana has a much more subtle nature than electricity and electromagnetic waves and stimulates the nerve tissues to action. Why is one person's nervous system working normally, while another is much weaker? The capabilities of the nervous system depend on the amount of prana consumed by the nerve cells. Prana enters the human body during inhalation. Just as oxygen during inhalation enters the lungs and then into the blood, prana enters our body through seven psychic centers. These psychic centers - chakras are invisible to the eye, each of them has the shape of a cone - sucking in energy from the outside. According to the ancient theory, there are seven main chakras and more than a hundred secondary chakras, now two more main ones are still activated, but not about this now, they are located: in the coccyx, the area just below the navel, the solar plexus, the center of the chest, the pharynx, the center of the forehead, the crown. The vital energy enters into the body through these seven psychic centers during the act of inhalation. But the inhalation of air itself has nothing to do with it. The very mental attitude to inhale introduces prana into the body. Some scientists invent devices based on subtle wave action on the body and say that they measure, in this way, the biofield - the vital energy of a person. It seems that it has nothing to do with the human biofield. It turns out that our life energy, or in other words the biofield, is thinner than electromagnetic waves. Think how we in this case can measure a microbe with a centimeter ruler? Let's at least assume that we are not breathing prana into our psychic centers, and electromagnetic waves. Imagine how hard it would be to live with such an active use of electromagnetic waves. Nevertheless, we can still somehow judge the presence of prana in the body. It, acting on the nervous tissue, causes the generation of electromagnetic waves that appear during the work of the nervous system. It is these waves that are measured by all kinds of devices for measuring the biofield. Therefore, indirectly through the activity of the nervous system, we can understand how much our body consumes prana. However, with the help of modern devices we will not be able to understand how much prana is consumed by a person's consciousness and subconsciousness.causes the appearance of electromagnetic waves that appear during the work of the nervous system. Prana movement

The primary element of air that enters our body and thus gives us vital energy is called the body of prana. There are 5 primary elements - particles, finer than which do not exist in the material world. It is the primary element of ether, the primary element of air (prana), the primary element of fire, the primary element of water, the primary element of the earth. Do not confuse with the generally accepted concepts of air, fire, water and earth. The prana sheath is the coarsest of all the subtle membranes of our body. Human consciousness, interacting with prana, gives us a feeling of vigor, strength and the ability to actively control our body. Such management of vital energy makes it possible to control all the activities of the body. It always remains active as long as we need its life support function. If we fulfill all the requirements of a civilized and intelligent life, then prana very harmoniously circulates in our body and maintains life and health in it. In our body, there can be no activity and no movement without the presence of prana. It is responsible for our breathing, heartbeat, hunger and thirst, for the movement of blood in the body, and even for the connection of the sperm with the egg. When lifting a heavy load or performing strenuous work, we receive additional prana energy from the outside, while breathing becomes more frequent. High and low blood pressure are associated with excessive acceleration and deceleration of the movement of prana, respectively. There are numerous diseases in the human body associated with the wrong movement of prana in our body. Diseases such as intestinal colic, diarrhea, any spasmodic pains, joint pains, migraines, cramps - all of them are associated with a violation of the movement of prana in the body.

The main functions of prana

Air is responsible for the movement, mixing and normal functioning of all the senses, it also provides the ability to get closer to objects of sound and carries other objects of the senses, which allows them to move. Feelings, consciousness and subconsciousness cannot be active without using the energy of prana during their activity. Without prana, we cannot hear, feel touch, see, perceive tastes and aromas. Interestingly, prana is also responsible for the breathing process itself and for the activity of the nervous system. All activities that exist in our body, in any part of it, are performed by prana. Depending on the needs of a particular type of tissue, it acts differently in different parts of the body. So, in our body, prana is divided into 10 types of vital energy. She maintains life in the body by her activities, acting on electrical impulses. The energy of the subtle body also feeds hormonal and many other functions of human life.

Prana and breath

Prana is the force that we absorb when we breathe. When a person inhales, his biological centers or chakras are actively involved in the exchange of energy with the environment.

Life air is not what we breathe, it has such a subtle nature that even in a complete vacuum its concentration does not change. A person can perfectly feel what prana is, although it will be difficult to measure it. If you stand where there is a lot of prana, for example, in the mountains, and breathe in the air, then everyone will notice that there is freshness in the forehead, lightness in the crown and larynx. Everyone loves this state. If you eat in moderation, you can feel freshness in the solar plexus, groin and tailbone during inhalation. Freshness in the chakras indicates that there is an active movement of prana in these zones. Together with inhalation, vital air enters the body and is further distributed. Some chakras can participate more actively in this process, others weaker - it depends on our health, mental activity and individual characteristics. There are channels, nadia, which are thinner than the channels used in acupuncture. Nadias are energy channels that distribute vital air throughout the body and are not affected by external electromagnetic waves. They deliver prana to nerve tissues, prompting them to activity. When we exhale, the vital air partially leaves our body, but this remains invisible to our consciousness. A sufficiently large volume of prana constantly circulates in the body as long as life is maintained in it. It is curious to know that inhalation can be carried out even in an airless environment, and is possible without the usual breathing movement of the lungs. This cannot be done without special training and only by specially trained people. Since ancient times, there have been schools of human mental training. So,since ancient times people have been practicing breathing called pranayama. Yama is translated from Sanskrit as exercise, and prana is life air. That is, they practice controlling the movement of prana. Thus, by doing pranayama and gaining perfection in this practice, a person can enable his body, nervous system to function without breathing through his nose. And as a result of this practice, a trained person is able to live without normal breathing for up to forty days. Numerous experiments have been carried out with yogis showing their unusual abilities. Experiments are widely known when a yogi was walled up without access to air or put in a bag and lowered into water, while he could stay there for a long time without being able to breathe in the usual way. These cases confirmthat a person is able to breathe for some time without oxygen. Thus, oxygen may temporarily cease to be the most important necessity in maintaining life in the body. However, such achievements are not the ultimate goal, it is only an opportunity for a person to achieve perfection and understand his spiritual nature.

The center of human vital energy is located in the region of the heart and from here prana is distributed throughout the body, performing various functions. The distribution of vital air throughout the body begins in the region of the heart. At the moment of death, when, in accordance with the fate of a person, there is no need for a body, the active distribution of vital air stops and, deprived of energy, the body is no longer able to function. The vital air, however, continues to circulate in the subtle body. The soul leaves the gross, but not the subtle body, which does not die and, accordingly, the vital air constantly circulates in it.
