As the police explained, the detainee was firing a hunting rifle in his house, which was reported by his neighbors. Law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene of the emergency cordoned off the house, blocking access for unauthorized persons to the firing zone.
After ensuring the safety of people living nearby, the police entered into negotiations with the shooter.
He quickly made contact and surrendered to the guards. The weapon and not shot cartridges were immediately withdrawn from him. Fortunately, no one was hurt by the shooting.
Then it was established that the 42-year-old Ivanovo citizen, who kept a hunting rifle in his house, had been heavily alcohol abuse over the past two weeks.
The detainee told the police that he opened the fire because a transparent man with a wolf's face suddenly appeared in his house. The detainee assured the police officers that the vision seemed quite real and haunted him for several days.
At the same time, the strange creature did not want to leave. According to the head of the information department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Ivanovo region Vladislav Radostin with reference to the testimony of the detainee, first the owner of the house poured water on his ghostly guest, and then began to chase him with a knife.
