“I ask the children not to go there,” says 37-year-old Artem Shostatsky from Kiev.

- The house was signed for demolition long ago. It is dangerous to go there. Can roll over. The stairs between the floors fell. Satanists gather here at night.

- In May I returned home at three in the morning. I walk past the house, and it seems that someone is following me and breathing in my back. I look around, I can't see anyone. Just overhead, a bat flew by. I take two more steps, I hear something in the house rustling, ringing. I'm feet in hand and home. The younger brother Andrey the next day at midnight saw the girl off to Chornovil Street. The lanterns were still shining. Andrei saw an old bent grandfather under the house. Until he reached about 30 meters, the grandfather disappeared into thin air.
There is a rusty sign of "Volodarsky" on the house.
- This is the old name of the street. In 1985, it was renamed Zlatoustovskaya, but the plaque was not removed from the house. They tried to unscrew it, but it seemed to have grown into a brick. My grandmother also told me that no one could live in that house after the death of its first owner - the old rich Jew Gennady. He died 30 years ago. They couldn't take the body out of the house. As soon as the coffin was taken out, a downpour began. His spirit settled there. Now scares away passers-by at night. The people who lived in the house remember that they could not sleep well. Everyone dreamed of a grandfather strangling them by the neck.
