Huge footprints left by giant human feet have been found in Kazakhstan. Vyacheslav Plokhov is sure that once upon a time in the area of modern Balkhash and Bektau-ata giants lived up to 18 meters in height.
Balkhash is an endless semi-freshwater lake in the Balkhash-Alakol depression in the southeast of Kazakhstan, the second largest undying salt lake (after the Caspian Sea) and 14th in the list of the largest lakes in the world. The uniqueness of the lake lies in the fact that it is divided by a narrow strait into two parts with different chemical characteristics of the water - in the western part it is practically fresh, and in the eastern part it is brackish.
The lake belongs to the Balkhash-Alakol water basin and is located in three regions of Kazakhstan at once: Almaty, Zhambyl and Karaganda. To the north of the lake stretches the vast Kazakh Upland, to the west stretches Betpak-Dala, and to the south are the Chu-Ili mountains, the Taukum and Saryesik-Atyrau sands.
To collect evidence, Vyacheslav Ivanovich took a business trip to the All-Russian Institute for the Electrification of Agriculture, where he now works, and went on an expedition. Having examined the shores of the lake and the slopes of the mountain range, he was once again convinced of the correctness of his hypothesis. Vyacheslav Ivanovich found dozens of prints. And not only legs, but also fingers and teeth.
Plokhov is a biologist by profession. Having worked in Karaganda for many years as a hunting expert, he learned to understand well the prints left by a variety of creatures. However, what the game manager saw once on the banks of the Balkhash River did not fit with his professional experience.
Vyacheslav Ivanovich made his discovery 15 years ago while fishing.
- I began to look at my feet and … was horrified, - recalls the interlocutor. - I saw that I was standing next to the trail of a person. I saw something that I had not seen in my entire previous life. Rather, I discovered a well-preserved giant footprint of a man's bare feet. I thought: if this is not a play of nature, then there must be another trace. But, as a hunter and game manager, I first of all measured the trail. It was seven feet long, size 43. That is about two meters. Sane and completely sober, I immediately ruled out the possibility of finding a second track ahead. But the explorer awakened in me made me go further with measured steps, looking ahead. And almost immediately I saw the outlines of the second track. It was just as clear, only it was the trail of a person preparing to jump. I dropped all doubts and walked on, being almost surethat I will find the third trace. On the seventh step, my foot stopped at the edge of the third track and at the same time at the edge of the Balkhash bank. It was as if this giant had jumped into the lake with a running start. I was amazed!
He told about the tracks only to close relatives and friends. Then he left for Moscow and for many years did not tell anyone about the giants. But I was thinking about them all the time. And now I decided to go back and fix all the "artifacts". However, the giant's footprints, discovered 15 years ago, have already been flooded: the water level in the lake has risen. But Vyacheslav Ivanovich was not taken aback. He decided that if in fact a giant once roamed the territory of Kazakhstan, he should have left everywhere. And very soon he found confirmation of this. There were many tracks in the area - from one hundred and fifty centimeters to three meters in length.

- Now it is necessary to register the find with the official authorities, familiarize them with the coordinates of the finds on the banks of the Balkhash River and in Bektau-At, - says Vyacheslav Ivanovich. - But, I think, local authorities will help me in this. Vyacheslav Ivanovich found another confirmation of his hypothesis in local onomastics. He translates the word “bek” from the name “Bektau-ata” not only as “prince”, but also as “great”, “giant”. So it turns out that Bektau-ata is nothing more than "the mountain of the giant grandfather."
“The oldest books, such as the Bible and the Koran, tell about giants,” says the biologist. - For what? Really, to mislead descendants? Recently, there is more and more evidence of the existence of mega-people. And science ignores them, tries to keep silent, as if nothing had happened.
- But where do you think the Balkhash giants have disappeared?
- Here one can only guess. Take a look at what is observed here - the interlocutor shows a photograph of one of the tracks. - Type of crow's feet, pinniped. Maybe the limbs were reduced, maybe this is evidence of a transition from a terrestrial form of life to an aquatic one. After all, who are whales? Secondary aquatic animals. In whales, embryos are similar to hominids. That is, whales once lived on earth. Everyone admits it. And they cannot find evidence. What are these species similar in size to whales? So, the Balkhash hominids are quite suitable for the role of those giants - the predecessors of today's whales. With their size, it cost them nothing to reach the Caspian Sea in a couple of days, and maybe even to the Arctic. This is my version.
