There it is written in black and white that a certain doctor Campain, who previously presented 29 messages from other worlds, now gives the key to their decoding. And he introduces two more messages - the 30th and 31st
Such a sensational document was discovered by the tireless researcher of extraterrestrial artifacts Joseph P. Skipper, Investigator, known to readers of Komsomolskaya Pravda for his numerous finds.
