The mysterious find is located in the region of the South Pole, which has been named "Swiss cheese". This is due to the fact that the surface in this part of the planet has a large number of holes, which were formed during the melting of carbon dioxide.
But, the discovered hole is significantly different from these holes. First of all, it is worth noting its diameter, which is about 200 meters. According to NASA, the discovered hole is very deep.
