The avid night sky photographer from New York, who loves photographing the Milky Way, comets and meteor showers, caught two UFOs at 2 a.m. on June 26, 2017.

“It takes a lot of practice to get clear, high-quality photographs of the night sky with the correct exposure, aperture and ISO. Despite several years of practice, I am still learning,”said Ralph D.

The photographer immediately determined that the objects that accidentally fell into the lens of his camera were not stars, meteorites, airplanes, helicopters or a comet that fell into two parts. Around 2 am Ralph took photographs from a tripod with a 20-second exposure. While the camera was working, he scanned the sky for the next shot and at that moment caught a movement out of the corner of his eye.

“My first thought was, 'My God, I just saw my first real UFO.' I've always been interested in UFOs. I believe that with the help of simple mathematical reasoning in the universe there should be a huge number of planets with intelligent life, which has technologies much more advanced than we could imagine,”said Ralph.

The photographer continued his work and returned to the picture that intrigued him only after returning home.

“As I drove home, I was warmed by the thought that I had a photograph of these two bright lights. In the end, my wide-angle lens was pointed in that direction,”but nothing surprised Ralph more than what he saw when he downloaded his photos to his computer.

"This is amazing! Not only did I get a great shot of the lights, but my camera caught what my eyes couldn't see. My camera caught movement! When I looked at the lights, they were still, but the camera caught them taking off! " - indeed, Ralph's photograph speaks for itself.

"What the hell can I say?" - Ralph D. is quite convinced that he photographed a spaceship with two lights or even two luminous ships.
