A direct and inevitable consequence of the Flood, which occurred with the displacement of the poles by 15.5 degrees (10478 BC) was the strongest and sudden cold snap, the so-called "shock winter". Many animals died from it, in particular, mammoths, whose remains were found in the north. But how were people saved? And where are the grains preserved - after all, it is generally known that agriculture was taken up even before the Flood, all this was destroyed, but immediately after, as if nothing had happened, a new wave of crops begins …
Myths indicate that many people already knew about the forthcoming Flood about a month before the event. A month's warning allows you to collect supplies and herd and climb up the mountains. But building a shelter in such a short period of time is hardly possible. But, apparently, there were those who were warned much earlier … Their mythology calls them "righteous" - they were closer to the "gods" and were awarded a similar honor. It was they who erected "vars" - special shelters for people.
But what is "vara"? In translation, Vara means mountain. But not natural, but artificial, built by people! The latter, as a rule, escapes the attention of researchers and gives rise to versions that the Flood did not reach those places. But this is not the case. Vara is a structure on the mountain, which is why it was not affected by the flood and it was built on the mountain (it is more logical to assume that in different places and on different mountains) those who knew about the approach of the flood in advance (that is, obviously earlier than a month) perhaps a year or years.
There, probably, were kept seeds and animals, some specially selected "gods" and warned people took refuge. Having survived the catastrophe and entered a new post-Flood world, the inhabitants of the var shelters began to restore civilization anew.
But there are more interesting things. One of the Iranian myths says that the embryos of people, animals and plants were preserved in Var. The latter already presupposes not a "barn with a cattle", but a technogenic storage of biomaterials and embryos. And it is somewhat reminiscent of the very “Novaya Vara” (in case of a disaster) in Norway, which exists today.
In this case, perhaps, some “vars” are not just “shelters on the mountain”, but … pyramids ?! Which could act at the same time as a refuge for people (built by the "gods", people could not do it!), And a repository of embryos and embryos. Which helped to quickly revive the Earth after the terrible Flood disaster …
"Vara" with a pre-built storage of biopreparations fits well with the level of technology that we can see in Puma Punku (South America) and in the Huashan Caves (China). The storage facilities were set up not only “on the mountain”, but in caves underground, and the revival and reproduction of “blanks” followed in such high-mountainous places as the Altiplano plateau and the Tibetan plateau.
