Here and There: Research and Reflection

Vladimir Grigorievich Efremov graduated from the radio engineering faculty of the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute in 1956. Until 1962 he worked at the department of calculating - decisive devices and devices, which was headed by T. N. Sokolov, and then (until 1994) at the OKB "Impulse". He was the head of the laboratory, the deputy head of the research department (which includes several departments and laboratories), the leading designer. V. G. Efremov took part in the launch of the first artificial earth satellites, rockets that delivered a pennant to the lunar surface and took photographs of the far side of the moon. Participated in the launch of the first cosmonaut Yu. A. Gagarin.

17 years ago, I crossed the border of life: back and forth - with a clear consciousness, and beyond this border - with an expanded, enlightened consciousness, in conditions of complete control of my actions and freedom of choice while staying on the other side of this border. In March 1983. I suffered from chronic bronchitis, and at some point a strong short cough turned into a continuous coughing, in which it turned out to be impossible to take another breath. There was a cardiac arrest and a transition to a state of clinical death.

When only a few seconds were left before the inevitable, the realization came that the inevitable end was near. Now the last portion of air flies out of the lungs, but … instead of the expected discomfort and loss of consciousness forever, there is an instant and complete switch of attention to new sensations - extraordinary lightness and flight over a certain formation that could be identified with a pipe. The sensations of flight were familiar. Often, similar "flights" were made by me earlier in a dream. Then each time, clearly realizing that I was in a state of sleep, I was engaged in the fact that I was practicing a kind of "piloting technique" - through repeated repetition of various exercises that were specially for such cases invented in advance, in a state of wakefulness, and were performed immediately every time only became possible. At the same time, the main interest for me was in establishing a causal relationship between a kind of internal effort (which should have, quite predictably, a vector character - to have magnitude and directionality) and its influence on the nature and parameters of the flight.

One way or another, flying along the "pipe", I found myself in a familiar situation, out of habit, immediately took control of the movement and stopped, since it was not clear where, in fact, and why I was flying. It was urgently necessary to understand the current situation, to evaluate and understand the so far unknown properties and features of the world in which they would have to exist, and also to prioritize their actions.

Phenomena and Properties Based on First Impressions

Promotional video:

- The world I got into exists.

- I think, therefore I exist.

- Thinking has the property of causality, that is, it can act as a cause of ongoing changes, phenomena (at least in terms of issues related to controlled movements).

- The surrounding world is not a continuous homogeneous environment, but consists of distinguishable heterogeneities that form structures of an ever higher order, which can be identified with the concept of "landscape".

- The landscape is folded in the form of a kind of pipe, where the concepts of “top” and “bottom” are rather absent than present, since they are derivatives of an arbitrarily chosen frame of reference, which, in turn, should be carried out in a cylindrical coordinate system.

- The very fact of thinking indicates the presence of the following circumstances:

- Information as such, which should be understood as a kind of manifested variety of some fundamental principle (perhaps - vortices of ether or some other heterogeneity of a certain substance, the nature of which is still unknown to us);

- Anisotropic properties (in terms of stability - instability) of the specified information formations, providing the fundamental possibility of forbidden and preferable directions of movement of the manifested diversity in the depths and as part of the fundamental principle;

- Information interaction of individual information fragments;

- Relatively stable, peculiar ensembles of the same manifested varieties, the functional features of which are such that they can be identified with known structures that have the properties of directional transmission and perform elementary logical operations that constitute the functional basis of any information transformation.

The presence of the above circumstances and properties is necessary for the existence of a conscious "I", from the point of view and in terms of computer science - a subject.

A dramatic change took place directly in consciousness itself, which in the new conditions has fundamentally new, radically different from "earthly" qualitative and quantitative properties. There was an amazing lightness, depth of penetration into the essence of the studied phenomena, the breadth of coverage of simultaneously comprehended material, properties that were something previously unknown, unusual, that state that could be identified with the concept of enlightened consciousness. The process of thinking occurs quickly and freely, without any effort or difficulty, the reliability of memory has increased immeasurably, the volume of operative and long-term memory, according to subjective estimates, has increased by orders of magnitude. There is a mutual penetration of conceptual and figurative thinking, the boundaries of which become indistinct and blurred. Conceptual thinking is carried out in the form of a multitude of simultaneously and parallel processes, accessible to consciousness, between which, if necessary, there is also a mutual exchange of intermediate results.

From the very beginning, it seemed obvious that the effective conduct of any research in new unusual conditions should be based on the use of:

- System analysis (more precisely, a systematic approach) aimed at clarifying the causes of real difficulties and at developing options for their elimination, since it is the increase in consistency that results in the most effective problem solving;

- The computer science apparatus, because from the very first glance at the situation, the information essence of what was happening became clear.

In the current conditions, the questions related to the study of oneself, one's “I”, although they were certainly interesting, did not look very relevant at that moment - there was a lot of time ahead for their detailed and comprehensive study. The greatest interest was aroused by questions related to the fastest adaptation to the new conditions of existence for me, and therefore required an immediate solution.

So the problem of navigation came to the fore, since already from the most general considerations, one should first think about how to go back before entering somewhere. Of all the known navigation systems, the choice fell on a system based on the "binding" of the trajectory to a previously known "terrain", which is most easily implemented in conditions of expanded consciousness. Experimental testing of the selected navigation system took place on the control track between points "A" and "B", located along the pipe axis, and remote from each other at a sufficient distance, excluding direct observation of one point from another.

In the course of the entire flight, both the landmarks themselves and their mutual spatial arrangement were selected, carefully recorded and easily remembered. On the way “home”, from point “B” to point “A”, a growing discrepancy between the actual picture of the environment and the previously memorized one suddenly became clear. In the area of the supposed location of the starting point "A", the situation became completely unrecognizable. It turned out that the objects of the surrounding space have the property of variability, so that the concept of "geography", and at the same time the chosen navigation system based on representations of the earthly World, turned out to be almost completely meaningless.

Nevertheless, the problem of controlled spatial movement continued to remain relevant. The apparent failure and collapse of the first attempt at solving the navigation issue forced the search direction to change somewhat. A saving thought came: is it possible to try to find a solution, using the properties of causality of thinking, just successfully applied in flight, for a purposeful impact on the world around, in order to restore it in the form and in those previously known forms that were initially observed during the control - test movement?

In practice, at first it was possible to carry out what was conceived with great difficulty, but as the development of effective techniques that strengthen the causality of consciousness, the situation began to change dramatically. In essence, a certain creative process was successfully worked through, during which, by the power of thought (more precisely, as a result of the work of thought) one topology of space was replaced by another, and this change could be estimated in the amount of several billion bits of information.

The understanding came that when moving from one point to another known point, it is not at all necessary to restore the entire segment of the path between them in its original form. Practice has confirmed the possibility of such movement, when one can immediately be in the desired place (the phenomenon of teleportation). Thus, the problem related to controlled movement was successfully solved and closed.

In the process of studying the properties and possibilities of consciousness, working out the most effective techniques that enhance the causality of thinking, there was an accumulation of knowledge about the specific features of the surrounding world. The importance of this direction gradually became more and more important for me and, finally, it became globally dominant.

More and more new questions arose, the answers to which were not obvious. My active informational interaction with the surrounding environment gradually lost its one-sided character, elements of information exchange appeared and received an increasing development, when an answer to a formulated question appeared in my mind. At first, such answers were perceived as a natural result of reflection, but gradually the information coming to me began to go beyond the limits of the knowledge that I had before.

Suspecting the bilateral nature of information exchange, and assessing the fundamental significance of what is happening, I decide to give this area of research top priority. Expanding the area and artificially establishing the direction of interaction, as the simplest way to identify the properties of interest to me.

At first, I perceived myself in this situation as the only subject with the ability to perceive, transform and use information about the objects around me, which are in certain relationships and connections with each other, and form a certain integrity and unity. (This ability in computer science is called intelligence, and the entire system of the "subject-object" type is called an intellectual system).

Over time, I began to gradually become aware of the unobtrusive and not frightening presence of another subject that had been in interaction with me for quite a long time. And this circumstance no longer surprised me: it would be naive to assume that only I, being outside my body and apparently using some kind of out-of-body informational structure, can have the ability to think. In the depths of such a structure that has existed for an infinitely long time, there is a Global creative process, which was perceived as if Someone was communicating with me. Our interaction with Him can be viewed from the standpoint of the joint functioning of two subjects - the leader and the follower (i.e. me), thus forming a joint intellectual system.

Gradually one gets the impression that the Leading Subject has unlimited possibilities, while exhibiting the well-known triad of general properties: omnipresence, omniscience and omnipotence.

A characteristic feature of a joint intellectual system is that its subject area and its information area are a single information formation. The changeable information world reveals itself here in a multidimensional information space, where, in a paradoxical way, changeability is combined with the preservation of all information about the past, present and future. As soon as any process or phenomenon goes beyond the framework of three-dimensional space and time in the direction of multidimensionality, space and time immediately disappear, which are restored only during the reverse transition.

At first, the disappearance of Space and Time did not attract my attention, remained unconscious. Only by paying attention to this phenomenon and setting myself an appropriate task, I was able to observe the disappearance and appearance of Space and Time using specific examples.

The informational fundamental principle of Space and Time is self-sufficient and does not require either space or time for its existence - in our understanding of these concepts. (Computer simulation of the spacecraft motion does not require for its implementation that the size of the computer be commensurate with the size of the solar system, and the duration of research was years).

The question remains open: is the influence of my consciousness on the surrounding World a direct and immediate consequence of the very process of thinking, or does this influence take place with the participation of the Leading Subject, who carries out the authorization and dosed execution of the plan? Am I responsible for the transformations that I observe? I am inclined to think that not my own.

I am making a successful attempt (which has a fundamental cognitive significance) to expand the area of the studied formations by including in it some object from that, already distant for me, "earthly" world. As such an object, I choose the first thing that comes to mind - my TV, which went out of order a few days before the events described.

I form a corresponding desire, and the information array that interests me appears. It contains a huge amount of information related to this TV, including the TV itself as such. The array contains comprehensive data on the ideological foundations, intention, design features, components, calculated and actual parameters, the technological process of production, control and measuring support, etc., etc., including data on the malfunction that has arisen - breakdown of the transistor T - 315 in the line block sweep. By the way, later the specified transistor was replaced, and the TV set to work again.

If desired, it was possible to transfer attention to the next level, the level of components. External, spatial characteristics that would dominate in the real physical world, in that information array, occupied a vanishingly small place. Finally, I successfully solved a complex multicomponent technical problem, which I had not been able to solve at work for two years.

The return transition to this world in its sensations resembled a slow forced awakening from a very deep sleep under the influence of energetic external influences of a qualified medical professional. I resisted and resisted as best I could, because I really wanted to conduct and complete another study. The duration of my round trip was actually no more than 5 - 7 minutes, but it seemed to me - about 55 minutes.

Immediately after leaving the state, which others mistakenly, in my opinion, interpreted as a loss of consciousness, I am in a state of joyful excitement from the acquired experience and knowledge. I explain to those around me my joy by the fact that I have just managed to solve a very difficult and important scientific and technical problem.

The first impression from the comparison of the properties of both worlds lies in their fundamental, fundamental difference: one world - real, physical, material; the other is informational. What is in common is their anthropogenic and dynamic character - the manifested variety of any properties, connections, relations and forms of movement.

It took many years (16 years) to comprehend what happened before it was possible to give it a more or less satisfactory description, which in fact fundamentally does not correspond to what actually took place: it is very difficult to give an adequate description of parallel processes in a consistent presentation.

In the course of continuing comprehension, it is gradually possible to extract from memory in a consistent interpretation very significant and valuable information for me, which has a significant impact on my current activity, the formation of attitudes and life positions. Philosophical, worldview, cognitive and practical comprehension of the acquired experience, as well as partial preservation of the acquired skills of information exchange and mental interaction with the world around us, laid the foundation for extensive research, including research in the field of theoretical and experimental parapsychology. The practical results obtained in the course of these studies on the influence of thought on the world around us raised more and more questions of a fundamental nature, affecting the fundamental foundations of modern natural science and philosophy.

Living matter and life take a special place in our ideas about the surrounding World. So, considering the question of the origin of life on Earth from the perspective of his work and the results of fundamental research obtained by the end of the 20th century, Academician V. V. Struminsky (1995) came to the following conclusions:

Living matter and life could not appear in the process of movement and transformation of dead matter. A number of hypotheses expressed by mankind about the origin of life are untenable. The molecular structure of living matter is fundamentally different from the structure of dead matter. Living matter is many times more complex. Dead matter tends to chaos and cannot generate anything more complex than itself. The structure of living matter differs significantly from dead matter not only in its extremely complex structure. The main difference lies in the appearance, even of the elements of living matter, of the ability to select free energy from the surrounding space in the amount necessary to counter the growth of entropy. The specific qualities of living matter cannot be explained only on the basis of the forces of material nature.

Here the decisive role is played by the forces of not only material, but also spiritual nature. These features of living matter demonstrate the existence of the Spiritual World - the Higher Mind, which manifests itself in our time in the form of the existence of living matter, its life, nutrition and reproduction. The Universe consists of matter, energy and Spirit, which generates living matter. The amount of matter, energy and Spirit is conserved if there is no interaction between them. However, the quality of the material world tends to chaos, energy - to thermal death, and the quality of the Spiritual component may not tend to zero.

The circle of questions is not new. The scientific community recognizes the urgent need to revise the directions of research, established principles, realizes the need to abandon a number of familiar ideas, established scientific concepts in the overlooked, but still insufficiently studied areas of knowledge.

The scientific approach to solving this range of issues, in my opinion, is complicated, in particular, by the fact that the traditional use of the apparatus of classical mathematics and logic as a universal language of science, so successfully used for the mathematization of many scientific disciplines, in many cases, especially those related to the problems turns out to be of little use. The current stage of human civilization is determined by the intellectualization of our ideas, which require the use of non-classical sections of modern mathematics as their language.

The main difference between classical and non-classical mathematics lies in the different principles of specifying the "point" of this primary mathematical concept. In classical mathematics, the principle of absolute specification of a point is adopted, in which it is identified with its name (identifier); in the non-classical principle of information assignment of a point, in which only some information is known about it, although maximum information is also possible when the point is known with maximum accuracy (absolutely). Computer science, as a science that studies intelligent systems, relies on non-classical branches of mathematics that use the information task of a point. This circumstance and the associated psychological unwillingness of the scientific community to use an unfamiliar apparatus in their research, as well as the relative novelty of informatics,the still insufficient development of many of its sections is the main obstacle to studying the problem under consideration. The capabilities of the language used are often insufficient. So, for example, it is almost impossible to convey the content of the 735-page book "Windows Resources Encyclopedia" in the language of gesture or dance.

Fundamental science, the function of which is the development and theoretical systematization of objective knowledge about reality, includes both the activity of acquiring new knowledge and the result of this activity, the sum of scientific knowledge obtained by this moment. In pursuit of its goals, science seeks to form the most complete ideas about material objects, to give an appropriate description, explanation and prediction of the processes and phenomena of reality that make up the subject of its study. The development of scientific knowledge, carried out in the course of scientific research, has two interrelated levels of empirical and theoretical, which are developed in the course of a kind of process of mutual influence, when the data obtained in the course of experimental research are used to deepen theoretical concepts,and the latter receive confirmation if scientific predictions come true, and specify the direction of subsequent experiments.

It should be emphasized: experimental data on the properties of a specific object of material reality can be obtained only in the course of studying the phenomena that arise in the process of controlled interaction of this object with other objects.

The above can be represented in the following diagram:

Objects> Interaction> Phenomenon> Properties

But each material object with certain properties has an internal structure that determines these properties. If it is possible to dismember the internal structure of an object into its components, then new, even more "elementary" objects appear, which will also have their own internal structure. And this is how the inexhaustibility of "elementary" objects, directed inward along a descending line, is manifested.

Usually in our consciousness there is an identification of the object and its properties. Investigating the phenomena that arise in the process of interaction of the studied object with other objects, we transfer the obtained properties related to the interaction directly to the object. And if theoretical predictions based on the assumed internal structure of the object under study correspond to experimental data related to the phenomena of interaction, then a conclusion is usually made about the correctness of the view of the structure of this object. (Since the descriptive interpretation of the internal structure turns out to be in accordance with the revealed properties of the interaction).

Modern fundamental science has accumulated a huge bank of generally accepted data on the properties manifested in the processes of interaction of various material objects. But in this case, the views of individual representatives of science directly on certain objects can differ significantly, since completely different internal structures of objects can have the same descriptive apparatus.

So, for example, V. Ya. Brill, a representative and developer of one of many scientific directions, revealing the physical content of phenomena on the basis of the development and deepening of the ideas of J. Le Sage (1784), believes that all material objects of Nature (both material and field) are discrete and consist of elementary string-like particles … An undeformed fundamental string is a field particle, a deformed one is an elementary particle of matter. The theory built on these postulates, the basis of which is the "Kinetic Theory of Gravity and the foundations of the Unified Theory of Matter", predicts some not yet discovered phenomena, and has already led to numerous observed consequences.

Representatives of various scientific directions, as deeply religious people, can confirm or defend their ideas about material objects only by demonstrating their extreme conviction, based on their unshakable faith in the correctness of their own interpretation of known experimental data. In such a situation, any point of view on a material object can be either true or false, regardless of the number and scientific authority of supporters and opponents of a particular scientific view.

Traditionally, it is assumed that all material objects consist of various structural combinations of some "elementary" objects, primordial "bricks" (or even better - one "brick"), which or which constitutes the material basis of the Universe. It is easy to see that in this case the process of formation (consolidation, downsizing) of no matter how stable material objects with their own individual structure and properties is based on the Global redistribution mechanism, which is based on the well-known Laws of Conservation.

Recently, there has been an increase in the number of publications that deal with issues related to the concepts of space, time, matter, energy and information. Moreover, the role of the latter in the processes taking place in the surrounding world, although it is recognized as essential, still remains insufficiently understood.

It proposes an unconventional point of view, reflecting a view of the surrounding World from the standpoint of the dominant role of information and information processes in the Universe, which generate the perceptions we perceive, in particular, about matter and energy.

I have no hard evidence to support my position. There is only a sometimes not very reliable chain of reasoning that connects together the circumstances known to me and satisfies the natural need to somehow explain what is happening.

Its essence rests on:

1) the assumption (and for the author - on the subjectively known and described above fact) of the existence of the Global Informational Principle (vortex formations of the ether or something else), structured into a System with unlimited intellectual capabilities, and on

2) the informational nature of All That Is - the interacting objects of Being.

Some part of the Global Informational Fundamentals is a kind of a kind of Arena of Being, on which, according to the previously pictured chain ("Objects>..> properties"), "Objects" are presented in the form of information blocks, the content of which determines the localization of the object, as well as the phenomena and the manifested properties observed when the object interacts with other objects. In this case, the role of the localizing principle is assumed by the address spatio-temporal binding of the considered quality, phenomenon, property. Thus, “Objects” and “Properties” appear to be enclosed in a single information structure, self-sufficient for the existence of all that exists in all its manifestations.

The inexhaustibility of the structure has an external orientation and reflects what is commonly called holographic and that descriptively can be supported by a non-classical mathematical apparatus using the idea of an information point, which can be identified with a huge information block. Thus, in particular, the questions of the causality of the phenomena occurring in the macro- and microworld: intergalactic long-range action, the so-called quantum teleportation of bound particles (effects described by Charles Bennett), phenomena observed in a physical vacuum associated with torsion fields, tunneling effects, etc. have an informational basis.
