Experts who spend hours every day studying photographs from the Red Planet sent by the Curiosity rover have discovered the fossilized corpse of a small child lying among the rocks.

As noted by Exspress, "the find may support one of the theories, according to which intelligent life on Mars was destroyed by the eruption of a supervolcano."

At the same time, the "ash-covered remains" may testify not only to the "Martian Pompeii", but also fit perfectly into the assumptions of the UFO seekers that the civilization on the Red Planet died as a result of a nuclear war.

They continue to examine the images every day, hoping to find the "true reasons" and report findings fairly regularly by uploading videos to YouTube.

One of the main foreign experts in the field of ufology, Scott Waring, who has studied the images and videos, also considers the find to be proof that there was life on Mars.

“It could be a statue or fossilized human remains,” he said, commenting on the photo.

At the same time, NASA reported last year that the supervolcanoes discovered on Mars are an order of magnitude larger, for example, Yellowstone. Then it was suggested that the atmosphere and, accordingly, all life on the Red Planet could be destroyed during the period of volcanic activity.

However, some Internet users questioned the fact that the object captured by Curiosity is the body of a child, noting that "it could be an ordinary stone."

"Baby" is one of the last in the list of the so-called "discoveries of NASA on images of Mars". Last year, shells, crabs, squid, mice and even a bear were already "found" there.

While UFO hunters are convinced that these strange objects are evidence of life or existence on Mars, NASA and other scientists say they are all cases of pareidolia - optical illusion.
