The unusual footage was filmed in Manhattan. It may seem that the wind is blowing snowflakes among the skyscrapers in the very center of New York. However, it's not that simple (see video below).
If you look closely at the tiny particles rushing through the air stream, you can see that some of them exhibit intelligent behavior. These are small luminous objects that change their brightness, speed and direction of movement.
These UFOs behave like living things. When zoomed in, it can be seen that they look like electrostatic plasma balls with very thin filaments, with the help of which, apparently, they move.
Similar amorphous anomalies have been seen in cases of the appearance of "angel hair", strange translucent filaments that resemble a spider web. Even the ancient Egyptians, who repeatedly observed such phenomena, wrote in their papyri about flocks of "fiery circles shining brighter than the sun", after which mysterious "air flakes" fell from the sky.
It appears that not all life forms on earth are made from organic carbon compounds. Some of them are composed of plasma and, in light of the latest scientific discoveries in complex plasma physics, this theory seems to be becoming a reality.
