Founded on January 28, 2009, the so-called Indian National Agency for Unique Identification (Unique Identification Authority of India, UIDAI) has been developing digital identification of citizens from the first days of its work.

The fruit of the labor of this worker, not sparing herself for the office, is the so-called AADHAAR - a unique personal number assigned by the system to each citizen on the basis of personal data, fingerprints and photographs of the iris of the eye. UIDAI operates a database of 1,324,000 people and is considered the world's largest bio-identification system. India is ahead of even China in this regard.

AADHAAR is a unique 12-digit identification number issued to each UIDAI in accordance with the so-called "Aadhaar Law" of July 12, 2016 ("Targeted Supply of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services") developed by the Government of India under the leadership of the Ministry of Electronics and Information technologies (MEITY).

The first official UID (or AADHAAR number) was assigned on September 29, 2010 to a resident of the Nandurbar district in Maharashtra state. To date, AADHAAR has been received in India by everyone who has a bank account or a mobile phone SIM card, to which an identification number is tied. However, the greatest resonance in society was caused by the linkage of AADHAAR with state social insurance systems - payments to citizens of benefits, subsidies to the poor, payment for treatment, education and various kinds of subsidies. Since there are a lot of poor people in India, AADHAAR is appropriated without exception, without it you cannot even get a couple of rupees from the state.

From the moment when the introduction of AADHAAR became widespread, litigation and lawsuits have not stopped in the courts of India, since without assigning this number it is impossible to conduct any business, while the encryption system and protection of access to the database raises great doubts among businessmen.

In particular, at the end of last year, the journalists of the Indian edition of The Tribune, after a short search for a dealer, were able to buy administrator access to the UIDAI database for 500 rupees (about $ 8), and for an additional 300 rupees (about $ 5) the dealer gave the buyer the same all the necessary software to change something in this database. However, courts in India are much more expensive than 500 + 300 = 800 rupees, so the decision is always made in favor of the state.

The most stubborn of the plaintiffs were local Christians. In particular, on the state television of the country from morning till night they play news about a certain John Abraham, who, referring to freedom of religion, brought to court a stack of 66 Bible books, in which the 13th chapter of Revelation is mentioned in one way or another.:

16. And he will do what to all, great and small, rich and poor, free and slaves, shall have a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, Promotional video:

17. And that no one will be allowed to buy or sell, except the one who has this mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18. Here is wisdom. He who has intelligence, count the number of the beast, for it is a human number; his number is six hundred and sixty-six.

The naive plaintiff, supported by enlightened lawyers, dared to argue that the state not only violates his constitutional rights, not allowing him to conduct business and travel without an AADHAAR number, but also the state puts pressure on his children, who are not accepted to school without an AADHAAR number. and college. Thus, the words of Revelation are fully realized, which prompts the plaintiff, as a believer, not to take the identification number.

“AADHAAR is a“sign and number of the beast,”my conscience does not allow me to take it,” John Abraham said in court.

- And how does your conscience look at the fact that without an AADHAAR number you will not be able to pay taxes to the state? - the judge objected to John Abraham.

In the 1920s, the famous gangster, Alphonse Gabriel "The Great Al" Capone, operated in Chicago. The police did not have any evidence against him, but the then permanent head of the FBI, Edward Hoover, found a loophole in US law: tax evasion, on the basis of which Al Capone was sealed in Alcatraz. Thus, it is very likely that with those who refuse to introduce implant chips, the legislation is worked out in the same way: if, according to the law, a person cannot be chipped, nevertheless, a person who refuses to be chipped can be thrown into a concentration camp for … refusal to pay taxes, because without a chip to pay taxes it will not be possible.

We follow the development of events.
