Friends, probably not many of you have noticed, behind all this hype around the virus, the news that the United States is preparing a draft of a new international treaty on mining on the moon by 2030. It is planned to involve Canada, Japan, the European Union and the UAE. And they are even going to make the landing of astronauts on its surface for the full development of the Earth's satellite. But at first Russia will not be among the parties to the agreement, and the question of not involving Russia in this project was raised by representatives of the Pentagon. Someone has already dubbed this project Trump's PR, but is it true … And if you look at it all from the other side …
As far as I know from my sources, literally a month ago, on the far side of the Moon, hidden from our eyes, there was a meeting of the emissaries of the "Grand Council" * with the dominant alien group that maintains the Luna base in an efficient state.
The purpose of this meeting was designated as preparing the Moon for the planned "hidden" contact with the human race on its surface. Approximate landing sites for Earthlings have already been selected.
Of course, no one is even going to extract resources on the Moon, the main goal of this entire expedition and this landing is a gradual joint development with aliens of the bases already under the surface of the Moon.
For this, a performance will be performed by standards surpassing those of Hollywood. Everything will begin with landing on the lunar surface at pre-specified points. For a while, everything will go on as usual - adaptation, assembly of capsule modules.
But, after a while, according to the conceived plan, a grandiose event should occur. Allegedly, quite by accident, a group of astronauts during a detailed examination of the territory adjacent to the landing site, some hidden structures will be discovered on the lunar surface. According to their characteristics, at first glance, they will be hangar-type technical premises with small outbuildings in the form of individual boxes and capsules, and at the entrances to these hangars there will be mechanisms, presumably allowing you to move over short distances.
At the same moment, a PR campaign will begin on Earth, the purpose of which is to once again remind the whole world that the Americans were the first to land on the moon. Now they were the first to prove that the alien world is real and has its representatives, and now, perhaps, it's time to tackle this closely. Interested bodies such as NASA, the Pentagon and other secret government agencies tied with this will try to involve as many people as possible in this process of finding extraterrestrial representatives.

The next step will be the task of providing proof that the alien race exists. People still have a black and white record in their memory, on which an autopsy of an alien is supposedly taking place. For these purposes, it is planned to deliver to Earth the remains of aliens previously found in one of the hangars, approximately 2 to 5 artifacts. Also along with them, some devices will be brought, presumably created for communication. The great minds of mankind will fight over the solution to the operation of this device, but as always, a lucky chance will help to figure out this whole matter.
On one of the displays of this device, previously unknown characters will light up with a bright light, which will go as a creeping line. Further, an unknown, distorted metal voice in an unknown dialect will utter an incomprehensible phrase, which, thanks to ancient writings, will be able to partially decipher. The text will say that this representative identified people as living, intelligent, biological beings and is ready to enter into direct contact with them.
After that, the information for the most part will no longer come to open sources, but at the same time it will still partially leak into the press. It will be said that everything is going well, and there is no reason for panic, there is no need to worry, and we are all on the verge of something very large and significant for all of humanity, and there are big and global changes ahead of us all.
But is everything as rosy as they want to present it to us? People have long been convinced that we are not alone in the universe and maybe we, ordinary people, do not have so many factual proofs of this, but the fact remains. Alien races are on Earth, although they still hide their presence among us. And some of them even believe that due to the fact that we are here uncontrollably present, they cannot fully come out of the shadows until they remake the entire structure of the world order to their standards.
For this reason, they are forced to resort to the help of their puppets, who, by all possible methods, are trying to reduce the number of intelligent representatives of the Earth as much as possible.
At the meeting of the emissaries of the "Grand Council", the question was raised about the possibility of accelerated disclosure, both of a part of objects located on the Moon and of alien races living in the vast expanses of the universe.
But who they are and how they relate to people, this question remains open, with all the ensuing consequences.
How soon the disclosure can take place depends on the events that are now unfolding on Earth. But there are various sources that are trying in every possible way to convey to people information about the Moon and the plans associated with it and its representatives. In this regard, we can observe how official representatives are trying to discredit any third-party information that does not come from them, in order to somehow smooth out or, at best, in general, conceal everything that can lead to the failure of everything they have planned.
After all, it is one thing to veiledly present information they themselves prepared through prophetic films, programs and all kinds of shows, and it is quite another thing when a person himself begins to analyze everything and draw conclusions from what is happening around him, which means becoming free.
It is difficult to say how close we are now to the implementation of this plan, since the terms are changing, but let's hope that enough time will pass for people to begin to distinguish, understand and understand who they are actually closer and dearer to those who give us technology and material comforts, while imposing control and limiting freedom, or those who give us peace, peace and love, giving us the opportunity to receive all the benefits around us, given to us by our Creator and the Universe.
