In 1854, an organization called the Knights of the Golden Circle was founded in Cincinnati, Ohio by Dr. George Bickley. Many of the founding members were also members of Masonic lodges. The Knights of the Golden Circle were closely associated with a French secret group called the Seasons, rumored to be an offshoot of the Illuminati society.

Bickley's basic plan was for the Knights of the Golden Circle to create a new nation that would include the southeastern United States, Cuba, the West Indies, Mexico, and Central America. In this new country, slavery will be legalized. As conceived by the authors of this terrible plan, thanks to free slave labor, at a time when slavery is outlawed in other countries, the new country will take a leading position in the world market for coffee, tobacco, rice and sugar.

As in many other secret societies, members of the Golden Circle were concerned with the preservation of national purity. They believed that only a person with pure Anglo-Saxon blood should lead a new nation, and the Mexicans should be exterminated altogether. This national cleansing was to be called "texasization."

In 1860, an army of the Knights of the Golden Circle, numbering fifty thousand, was stationed in the city of San Antonio, Texas, and was to not only kill Mexicans in Texas, but also attack the Mexican border. There were two short and rather sluggish attack attempts, but Mexico defended its borders well. This was the year before the start of the Civil War, and the Golden Circle decided that their real enemy was the growing North, and not the Mexicans. New slogans were voiced, including "Destruction of Wall Street" and "Attack on Washington."

Like Freemasonry, the Order of the Knights of the Golden Circle was divided into degrees. Each group had three divisions: the Foreign and Domestic Military Guard Militia, the Foreign and Domestic Guard Corps, and the American Legion. By 1861, when the Civil War began, there were sixty-five thousand members of the Golden Circle in the south and another twenty thousand in the north. Members of the order operating in the north of the country plotted to create a "Northern Confederation".

During the war, thirteen thousand of them went to jail on charges of treason after a massive conspiracy was uncovered. We found out that the members of the organization planned to seize the arsenals of the Northern Union. Many northerners criticized the mass arrests because they believed that those who were really members of the Golden Circle were a minority among those who were imprisoned, and President Lincoln simply took advantage of the threat from the Knights of the Golden Circle to get rid of anyone who criticized his policies.

As stated in an article published by the Order of the Knights of the Golden Circle in 1861, the civil war between the Union and the Confederation, which was about to break out, was the result of a conspiracy of secret societies in the north-east of the country and Europe, which enjoyed the financial support of the Rothschild family.

During the war, the Order of the Knights of the Golden Circle spawned two more organizations: the American Knights and the Sons of Liberty. After the war, the Golden Circle went underground and was reborn as the Ku Klux Klan. The two most famous members of the Golden Circle were John Wilkes Booth, who killed Abraham Lincoln, and the criminal Jesse James. Booth was part of a conspiracy of Golden Circle agents to overthrow the government of the United States of America. The assassination of Lincoln was only part of their original plan.
