10. Project "Mannequin"
According to several anonymous informants, Project Mannequin was developed in collaboration with the US National Security Agency (NSA) and British intelligence agencies. The main goal of the project is to train a special unit of "super soldiers" who will carry out various secret missions from killing a certain leader to eliminating the consequences of a UFO accident.

The essence of the project was to force the consciousness of people to leave the body and take root into the consciousness of other people in a state of sleep. 7. Project Stargate ("Stargate")

The goal was to develop an electromagnetic weapon that could disrupt the functioning of the human nervous system. Among other things, it was supposed to cause paralysis of thought processes, at the push of a button, to cause panic, stupor, anger in people. Forcing people to make physical movements, as well as causing nausea and vomiting.
The experiments were carried out on rats, cats, chimpanzees, monkeys and other laboratory animals, and then on humans. Moreover, only a part of the volunteers really understood what they were going to do with them. In some, with the help of electromagnetic studies, it was possible to induce nausea and involuntary laughter.
What came out of such experiments can already be seen in reality, since experimental electromagnetic weapons have already been created in the United States and in Russia and in China, affecting both people and electronics.
