The secret American aircraft TR-3B, which can be called an "airplane" at a stretch, has been the subject of active controversy among conspiracy theorists for many years.

What is unusual about this video?
First, an incomprehensible object flies very slowly - an airplane cannot fly at such a speed, and a helicopter of this size would be perfectly audible.
Secondly, the triangle lights, which ufologists classify as the engines of an object, flash as if they are malfunctioning, after which one goes out. The device continues to fly for some time, after which all its engines go out completely.
There are only two explanations for the observed phenomenon.
The most obvious explanation assumes that the apparatus is American, since the Poles and Balts have nothing of the kind and won't have it for another 250 years. The object flies strangely, slowly, which is uncharacteristic for the TR-3B, especially over alien territory. Moreover, his lights suddenly go out, which implies either a malfunction or the effect of some weapon on him. For example, an electromagnetic gun or something similar.
A less obvious explanation suggests that the camera was caught by a wrecked Russian secret project. Theoretically, this is quite possible, but this version is contradicted by the fact that the object is flying over the metropolis. Experimental aircraft are usually not tested over cities.
