On June 24, 2019, at the first meeting of the summer session, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe adopted a decision on changes to the regulations, as a result of which the sanctions imposed on it by the Assembly more than five years ago will be lifted from the Russian delegation. 118 PACE members voted for the resolution containing this item, 62 against, 10 abstained.
Almost a week has passed since the publication of the voting results, during which an incredible number of citizens and citizens spoke on the topic. Some protest and sob in loud voices, others jump from transcendental happiness, but neither one nor the other saw the main thing, although the main thing was right before their eyes.
The author of the material sees some kind of mysticism in the number 118, but the conspiracy theorists do not see any mysticism and talk about codes, that is, either signal encrypted press messages, or about some kind of rituals of the world behind the scenes.
Of course, we do not know the whole truth about the number 118, nevertheless, this number works even now. For example, as a result of the shooting in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017, 59 people died. 59 X 2 = 118.
And the number 118 appeared not at the beginning of the 21st century, but much earlier - at least at the time of the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand. Pay attention to the number of his car

Nobody knows for sure what lies at the heart of the code 118, except for the persons using it. There is a version that the code is a reference to Psalm 118, there is a numerological version: if the letters in the words ALPHA AND OMEGA are replaced with their ordinal number, then we get the number 118:
ALPHA AND OMEGA = 1 + 13 + 30 + 22 + 1 + 10 + 16 + 14 + 6 + 4 + 1 = 118
In addition, the following numerological fact attracts attention:
118 X 2 = 236 = 239
The date of Russia's return to PACE is also noteworthy. This happened on June 24 = June 11 (11/6 = 11/9) according to the Julian calendar. On this day, 19 0 days remained until the end of the year.
Thus, the voting in PACE was not the return of Russia there, but a serious occult event, which means something completely different from what is written in the newspapers. But whether it means something good or something bad - here we do not know, although we strongly doubt the former. Nevertheless, we are following the development of events.
