About the "project" of the world order
Throughout the entire existence of the universe, the world is divided into two opposite parts. One part becomes stable and organized (order), and the other becomes free and changeable (chaos). For example, chaotic manifestations in space start from elementary particles and end among stars and galaxies. In a single system of the universe, these two forms of matter are in an endless struggle with each other, like "Nanai boys". In this case, chaos turns into order, and order into chaos. The proportions between these parts are unknown. Perhaps they strive for harmony and balance.
It all started after the Big Bang in space. With the advent of chaos of material elements and the release of gigantic energy, a powerful informational impulse took place, in which the beginning of knowledge (word) about the new world was laid. The expanding information field in infinite space will become a spiritual program (project) for the organization of the entire universe, including our Earth. The author of this global development code, perhaps, was the higher mind, born from the energy of the explosion. It will never disappear. Its eternal bearers and sources will be any manifestation of chaos in the surrounding world, including numbers.
Over the course of billions of years, according to the ideas laid down in the project, according to their "image and likeness", all the diversity and perfection of the world will be formed. When living matter appears, at a certain stage of development, “tools” of evolutionary influence will be applied to it. With their help, the entire flora and fauna of the Earth will correspond to its conditions.
The highest achievement of this process will be the emergence of intelligent humanity. The mind of people is intended to improve the environment where evolution is powerless. And with its further development, humanity will be forever saved from upheavals, and good will completely supplant evil. This invisible influence and control of all phenomena in nature and society continues to the present.
Knowledge is becoming the most important means of further improving the quality of life on Earth. The order of things in the material world has been deeply mastered by science. It includes a huge amount of information about everything that surrounds us. There is also a mathematical explanation for chaos theory. However, I must note that the fundamental adherence of science to materialism does not at all justify its evasive attitude to the area where "nothing is and cannot be." Perhaps this approach is associated with the risk of loss of reputation. I do not presume to judge all the properties of this environment, but I can say with confidence that there are phenomena in it that have no scientific explanation. These are real facts.
In addition to the spiritual riches developed by humanity, there is a huge amount of unknown information in the world. Its source and guardian is the endless chaos of the earth and space. Human knowledge can constitute only a small part of the conceptions of the world hidden from us. Perhaps they duplicate ideas that have long existed in the caches of unorganized matter. I was able to be convinced of this when conducting experiments with chaotic manifestations on objects of nature and deciphering texts in them. Chaos is "visiting" the peoples
In this study, I intend to cite facts about the collective-unconscious information found in the chaotic manifestations of society. Chaos in society, as in nature, coexists with order and organization. In this regard, I will note one regularity: the more order in a society, the less opportunities for chaos and harmful ideas in it. For example, in states with a dictatorial regime, freedom of speech is significantly reduced. There are other examples as well.
At the end of the 80s, the authorities decided to introduce Western democratic values into the age-old traditions of the structure of our state. In order to develop democracy, for the first time in the history of the country, publicity with unlimited freedom was established. Its “poisonous” part will undermine the foundations of the state, creating chaos in politics and economics. Before that, the USSR, figuratively speaking, was a "strong oak barrel". The imperious function, in the form of steel hoops on it, was performed by the country's governing bodies. Strong power came into conflict with the values of democracy. Therefore, the extra "hoops from the barrel began to be removed," and as a result, it broke up into 15 boards (republics).
The experience of destroying unwanted states with the help of chaos is well tested in practice and is often applied, especially by the United States. In countries that do not meet American interests, democracy is being unceremoniously introduced under the pretext of "diluting tyranny" and as "a social cure for all ills." In fact, this “technology” is beginning to play the role of a “Trojan horse” in society. It destroys the state with weapons of mass riots called the "color revolution" or "the struggle for the rights and freedoms of citizens." And to all "disobedient" states the "military club" was used.
Social protests can also arise in prosperous Western countries. They, as a rule, have a very weak barrier between the observance of laws and the possibilities of their violation. She is usually "corroded" by tolerance and the right to self-expression of the individual. One such example is the protest actions of French citizens wearing yellow vests. During their course, the street crowd gives out two types of information: open (calls against the authorities) and hidden, which no one notices. It occurs during riots in squares and streets. Her negativity on a subtle subconscious level hypnotizes the protesters and turns off everything human in them. The instincts of the animal world begin to predominate in the minds of people. The crowd goes berserk and commits monstrous pogroms.
Each nation has a long history of developing its own values and ideas. For example, in the mentality of the people of Russia, centuries of severe trials (from the "wild lordship" to the chaos of perestroika) have formed two main principles. I refer to them order and justice. They can be traced in the coat of arms of the country and could become its national idea. Their observance will forever save Russia from repeating destructive phenomena. The practice of our entire life shows: when these values are ignored in the state, then in the minds of a part of society, a craving and interest in a just "iron hand" inevitably arises.
Reasonable number messages
Chaotic manifestations in society can play a positive role. As an example, I have chosen the free location of cities on a regional scale around Moscow for hundreds of years. This chaos of cities on the surface of the earth is static as opposed to dynamic, and very rarely changes. I set a goal for myself: using the developed methodology to find unknown digital information in it. For 800 years, it has been formed on the territory of central Russia by many generations of people. To do this, I drew a circle on the map (center of Moscow) with a radius of 158 km. This extreme point of the circle was determined by the distance from Serebryanye Prudy to Moscow. In a circle with an area of 78387 sq. km. included 47 cities of the Moscow region. He divided the circle on the map into 10 sectors and marked them with numbers from 0 to 9. The line between sectors 0 and 1 is directed to the north. An example of this technique is shown on the map.

I wrote out all direct distances of these cities to Moscow from the official directory. The order of removal of cities from the center to the edge of the circle was distributed to me according to the numbers of sectors (one city - 1 character). As a result, a number of 47 digits was obtained, where the sequence of characters is associated with the choice of places (points) for the construction of settlements in the center of the country. A digital analysis of the structure of the number shows that the southern part of Muscovy was strengthened significantly more than the northern one. Especially in the southeast, where there are 10 cities (21%) in sector 4. These fortified cities provided protection for Moscow from the raids of nomads from the south. At the cost of considerable effort, I managed to decipher this number. In its expanded form, it is a labyrinth with many false moves. In relation to the area, it starts on Red Square and ends in the town of Serebryanye Prudy. All numbers in the labyrinth are connected by an invisible logical chain, consisting of intelligent links. Information on measures to protect Moscow, I found with the help of a computer in the number of Pi, on a segment of 2 million. 541st thousand digits after the decimal point. In the chaos of numbers of an infinite number, there may be other information about the defense of the Moscow kingdom. From this fact it follows that this information was in the number Pi even before its future calculation, and before the appearance of Russia itself. This means that not only all knowledge, but also future events in the world can be encoded in a constant. Searching for some sequences of numbers in its segments will require the use of super-powerful computers in order to find especially valuable information among hundreds of trillions of characters.
Various messages can be read from other chaotic actions of people. For example, any crowd in the square (no more than 60 people) can be converted into numbers (1 person - 1 character) using the sectors of the circle. With the free movement of people, the hidden information in this type of chaos will constantly change, like a person's speech. If you take a picture of the crowd from above, then in the picture you can measure the order in which each person is removed from the center and compose a number using the method I have indicated. The result will be a collectively unconscious text of reasonable content at a specific time.
At a rally, where passions are raging, the information will differ significantly in its content. And with a large crowd of people on the streets of the city, it will completely stop, since the crowd will lose freedom of choice and take the shape of a rectangle or square. For example, a soldier's formation, where each soldier knows his place, cannot be translated into "free" numbers. But after the command: "DISSOLVE", the mass of soldiers will start generating them with unknown text content.
The language of football
Another source of information generation can be a football match. In it, throughout the game, 22 footballers will compile a digital recording in a collectively unconscious way throughout the field, like on a sheet of paper. And the ball will play the role of "writing instrument". His movements across the field will be determined by all players with an unpredictable result.
I have developed a methodology for translating this game into digital language. In one match, the total number of thousands of characters will be obtained. In the same way, you can separately compose the number of games for each team and even for an individual player. Computer processing of the obtained figures will visually show not only the algorithm of the game, but also more objectively determine the skill of the teams and the "game style" of each player. And the rating of the teams will be determined by more diverse indicators.
Any team of players will gradually develop their own "digital style" of play. If you compare it with other teams, then you can predict in advance, in a more reliable way, the probability of their victories. To do this, the match must be shot from above the center of the field using a special lens with a grid of lines of 10 sectors (from 0 to 9).
Using this technique, you can turn any football match into numbers.

Such a recording of the game will allow you to determine, in order, the numbers of the sectors along which the ball rolled or hit. These signs are attached to the personal numbers of the players who owned the ball in these sectors or passed it to another player. Each number can be deciphered and the information hidden in it can be read, compiled by the feet of the players. At the same time, the digital "drawing" of the game and the content of the resulting text will never be repeated.
Various manifestations of chaos in nature and society require deeper study. Its secrets need to be revealed not only in the direction of physical and mathematical concepts, but also in the content of invisible information fields. Their translation into the universal language of numbers can become a parallel source of valuable knowledge and new ideas for humanity.
