Friday night, the 13th, full moon, UFO, fate …
Natalia Tyshkevich (Minsk, 2018) published the story of a maniac whose actions obeyed the phases of the moon. Clinical observations in one case confirm the dependence of remission and exacerbation of mental disorders on the phase of the moon. The overwhelming majority of specialists do not see any correlation.
The decision is suggested by medical geology: the choice leading to a fatal outcome in a person driving narrows to a minimum in the places where electromagnetic energy is released (Figure 1) [3, p. 18]. That is, not in every place and not at all times!

It is known that the tidal action of the Moon and the Sun (Figure 2) is one of the many causes of seismic activity [4]. Indeed, in a sense, it can have a fateful meaning in a certain place and at a certain time.

As it was with the EPIDEMICS of the plague or "Spanish flu" once [6] [9]! Scientists think so:

The number of UFO sightings reported depends on the number of eyewitnesses. People usually sleep at night. Therefore, the most probable, estimated, time for the appearance of a UFO is between 2 and 4 am local time [2] (Figure 6), which is shifted forward by about 1 hour 30 minutes relative to astronomical time. Which outwardly resembles the situation depicted in Figure 2.

With a strong desire, UFOs can be "caught at the crime scene." Since local perturbations of the magnetic field at the site of the UFO formation resemble the already known picture (MF in Figure 1):
“Detection of UFOs by magnetic disturbances is possible, but only when several automatic, well-equipped stations are available, which increases the likelihood of seeing UFOs in close proximity to one of them. This requires at least ten stations”[2].
The situation is the same in Belarus, where active faults or energy-intensive objects are “favorite fiefdoms” for UFOs:

The same applies to the collective unconscious, on the basis of which the archetype of the cosmic alien has developed in our time (Figure 9). This is an innate unconscious fear of a person before a nocturnal predator or before the night darkness of space. Since this is how, according to modern concepts, the reflex arc works during the implementation of higher nervous activity.
Thus, the factor of mental heredity (psychogenetics) enters the scene of being. Because natural motives (stress) for the formation of a collective unconscious (the basis of any religion) occur at a certain time and in a certain place (Figure 8, Figure 4). In other words, stress affects the DNA of the fetus while still in the womb, shaping the personality of the child. There is a clear correlation. That is, a child can focus on events (signs), as his mother unconsciously did - a psychological phenomenon in special natural conditions. Here we come to another question. "Close contacts of the 3rd kind" have the same natural causes that accompany the intensification of hurricanes (Figure 6), epidemics, wars and revolutions [6] [8] [9]. But should these "contacts" be made dependent on the special morbid meteosensitivity of some special people in special natural and social conditions?.. Following the example of the scientist, I will leave this question open:
