The New York Times: According to scientist John Anderson of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, if there is a large planet at the edge of the solar system, it must move in an elongated orbit almost at right angles to the orbits of other planets. In fact, according to Dr. Anderson, a review of astronomical data over the past 75 years has failed to provide clear evidence of such disturbances. Dr. Anderson concluded that the apparent presence of some force in the 19th century and its absence now can be explained by the existence of a large object, which is now at a great distance from the Sun - approximately opposite Uranus and Neptune.
