Tuimazinsky district of Bashkiria broke all records. Now there are 14 centenarians. Everyone is over 100 years old. And there are even more of those over 90

In the early morning we drove into the village of Ismailovo. Snowdrifts, carved fences, platbands on the windows - we have hundreds of such villages.

- Where can I find grandmother Hamilya? - I ask a passerby.

-And over there on the next street, the oldest house, you will quickly find it, - the man replies lazily, straightening his hat, he is clearly tired of the attention of the press.

And, it is true, on the next street they quickly found a slightly rickety log house. A barely noticeable path led to the old gate.

In a poor room on the bed sat that very long-liver, who had changed the century. Yes! Our heroine is exactly one hundred years old.

-Hello, daughter, -with a sly squint, said the grandmother in Tatar.

Niece Rimma quickly poured tea into mugs.

“I was born in 1910,” Hamilya-apa began her story. - I have lived all my life in my native village. And I got married here. She gave birth to three children, but there were hard times: everyone died one after another. And my husband did not return from the war. I remember going to the front in 1942. Oh, how I cried. And he stands in the doorway and says: "If I don't come back, wait for me for 25 years, and then live your life."

Promotional video:

In 1942, Gamilya Khusnulovna received a letter in which it was written in black and white, they say, your spouse was missing. 25 years flew by, like one year, but Gamilya-apa believed that Abdullah would still return to her. “Life is hard in the village. All the years I worked up to the seventh sweat on the collective farm fields: I cleaned the hay, looked after the cows, and sewed potato sacks, ” admits the centenary grandmother. - There was no time to build a personal life. And I only loved Abdullah. Although the suitors went to woo me in droves. And after work I will come, close in the house and sit alone. I didn't need anyone.

Now the nieces are looking after Gamiley-apa, but the grandmother herself is also not a mistake.

“Once I go to her,” the head of the settlement Ruzil Gafarov tells Komsomolskaya Pravda. - I look, and she washes the floors - she brought water from the well herself! Okay, at least a mop! And she cooks like: soup - just lick your fingers!

We tried the famous Gamili-apa soup for the whole village. As it turned out, it is in him that the secret of her longevity lies.

- Steamed lamb with beef, potatoes from the garden - that's the whole secret of longevity, - the 100-year-old woman of the day is recognized. - More tea with milk and honey. The main thing is that you need to know when to stop!

10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren

Further our way lay in the village of Tyumenyak. 20 minutes by car, and we are there. Here it is, the house where another long-liver, Minsylu Ibatulovna Shaydullina, while away years. She is no less than 93 years old.

“Our house is big,” says Minsylu-apa. - There is both gas and light! It seems like it's time for the next world, but you don't want to, live for yourself, rejoice …

And grandmother has something to remember. Minsylu-apa was born in the revolutionary year 1917; she worked all her life on her native collective farm. He remembers how they sowed grain by hand, raised children in hungry years.

“I have eight of them,” my grandmother told KP. - True, only six survived. There is a whole crowd of grandchildren - ten people - all adults. And 14 great-grandchildren! And I remember everyone by name. The grandmother spends winter evenings in front of the TV, she used to knit, but now her eyesight is not the same, but she watches the fates of the serial heroes vigilantly: she knows all the "soap" villains in abundance. - I had a difficult life, - Minsylu-apa confesses to us.

- But I raised good children. They are helping me in everything now. And for health to be, you need to eat lean meat with baked potatoes. So much for the secret.

ONE LOVE FOR A WHOLE LIFE

The third stop on our journey was the village of Ilchimbetovo. Several streets, snow-white drifts, fresh air. We drive up to a nice house with an even fence, Yamil Rafikovich Nafikov lives here. He will turn 99 on February 23rd.

- Come in, guests, - the grandfather rejoices to the guests of the capital. Until now, he recalls how he returned from the front as a brave fellow.

- I went to war in 1941. He was an artillery gunner. As I remember now, on the Kursk Bulge on June 11, the Germans began to bomb us, we have to retreat, and my Katyusha (rocket artillery combat vehicle. - Ed.) Is completely new. It's a pity to leave such a car! I rushed to save her, and here, as if on evil, - a German bomb. So it hurt me. Here in 44 he returned home. The girls looked at me. But I chose one and for life - Sahiya. Only now we have lived a little, only 17 years.

After the death of his wife, Yamil-aby never married. Children help to manage the household. Yamil Rafikovich has six of them.

“Now the youth are groaning: there is a lot of work, there is not enough time,” says grandfather. - And we used to work in the fields for 17 hours seven days a week, we didn't even think about diseases: honey and 50 grams of vodka - you won't know any ailments.

In the meantime, the main joy of Yamil-aby is 13 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a TV.

“I don’t miss a single news release,” says grandfather. - Although I am already old, the pressure is tormenting, but you need to know what is happening in the country.

DOCTOR COMMENT

Oleg Agapov, neuropathologist:

- Such a diet could in no way affect the number of years lived. Everyone knows the long-livers of the Caucasus. They eat exclusively meat, herbs, hot spices and drink wine. But in the diet of the inhabitants of Tibet and China, there are completely different ingredients and a lot of restrictions. Despite this, they also live long enough. It is believed that the age to which a person lives is programmed at the genetic level. And it has nothing to do with food.
