Kamchatka has always been a place where nature showed its character to man in the form of volcanic eruptions with poisonous gases, as well as striking him with geyser emissions. Many scientists are well aware of the Valley of Death, which claims the lives of bears due to poisoning, but Lake Bolshoy Kalygir hides an underwater UFO base in its depths.
For the first time, the geologist Igor Soloviev, who was studying volcanic activity in the 1930s, encountered unusual phenomena. Then he, together with his colleague Nikolai Melnikov, went to the shore of the reservoir, where he immediately noted the absence of animal paths. It seems that the animals preferred to bypass the anomalous place in which large fish were swimming, but no one knew what was the reason for this behavior. People walked along the coast in the water, enjoying the good weather, and then they noticed a rock near which no trees grew. There was a dark cave with an island in the middle, from where the whole space was illuminated with an unusual bluish radiance. The scientist looked at such a miracle for several minutes, but when he turned around, hearing the steps of his comrade, he immediately realized that he had suddenly become blind. The employee dragged him for more than a kilometer to the exit, after which he lay for many hours on the shore in pitch darkness,before vision began to gradually return.
The man decided to describe his story in a scientific journal published in the late 70s, and then the editorial office began to receive massive messages from residents telling about the fishermen's village, built on the site of an ancient settlement. Before the war, people simply left these places, afraid to approach the mysterious cave. Before such events in the 1920s, the military from Kolchak's army visited here, thinking about the hidden treasures hidden in the bowels of the earth. The detachment immediately went to the anomalous zone, but then none of the residents knew where the soldiers had gone. Only after a long time, one emaciated and ragged man appeared in the village, but was clearly damaged by reason, constantly talking about the terrible fire that killed his comrades. The body of the victim of extraterrestrial technology was covered with burns that do not pose a threat to life,only a few days later the man died in terrible agony.
The first scientific expedition took place in the 80s, when the head Valery Dvuzhilny decided to invite an old geologist here. He refused the offer, because age no longer allowed wandering in such places, and the issue with technology was not resolved. Five people on a motor ship reached Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and learned that there was no communication with the area. Near the coast, vehicles ran into the rocks, and people were forced to swim to the fisherman's house with a warm stove. The first day was devoted to the preparation of equipment and food, after which the scientists set out along the indicated route, dragging a boat with sleeping accessories and dosimeters. When the expedition got to the right place, there was not even a trace of the mysterious cave, except for the usual natural grottoes.
Only another terrible sight amazed people, who noticed a lot of fish lying along the coast. Live individuals tried to flutter in the water, and seagulls did not even try to pick up the coveted trophies. Poisonous gases were immediately excluded, because pink salmon, along with chum and salmon, walked along the lake in the usual way to spawn, and the dosimeter did not read off scale with radiation. HER was destroyed by an incomprehensible energy surge, which made a death trap from the reservoir. Then the scientists walked only a couple of kilometers and decided to spend the night, setting up a camp, and talking at dinner about such events. The new trip to Kalygir was prepared taking into account the technologies that allow for underwater diving. The raft expedition crossed every part of the reservoir, trying to find the entrance to the UFO hideout, but then concluded that an earthquake could destroy the cave. It can only be found with the help of echolocation, and devices can also find mysterious objects at the bottom, and people can go down to 90 meters in heavy suits with video cameras and filters instead of front glass. This equipment can save researchers from the destructive flame of light, but it is expensive, and therefore the mystery of the lake has not yet been solved.
