One of the most famous anomalous zones in the world is the notorious Bermuda Triangle. In this area of the Atlantic Ocean, bounded by the Florida, Bermuda and Bahamas, ships and planes are allegedly constantly mysteriously disappearing. But is it really so? It turns out that the facts presented in the press are very far from the truth.
The phenomenon of the Bermuda Triangle was first mentioned in 1950 by the Associated Press. In the note, the mysterious area was named "The Devil's Sea". And the phrase "Bermuda Triangle", which took root later, was introduced by the journalist Vincent Gaddis, who published in 1964 the article "The Deadly Bermuda Triangle". After that, publications about the anomalous zone began to appear periodically in the press.
This topic became even more popular after the publication in 1974 of Charles Berlitz's book "The Bermuda Triangle", which collected stories of mysterious disappearances in the aforementioned area. However, later it turned out that many of the facts described in the book were distorted by the author. In 1975, Lawrence David Couchet's book "The Bermuda Triangle: Myths and Reality" was published, in which the author tried to refute rumors about the mysterious properties of the zone.
It included serious documentary research and interviews with eyewitnesses, which revealed numerous errors and inaccuracies in the information previously published by supporters of the "anomalous" version. In particular, it turned out that some of the events described by these people took place outside the "triangle", while others were not mentioned in official sources.
Meanwhile, publications about mysterious phenomena in the Bermuda Triangle continue to appear in print. Dozens of versions are put forward to explain them. Among them there are absolutely fantastic ones, such as the abduction of planes and ships by aliens or movement into a parallel dimension, and more or less rational ones, such as wandering waves and methane emissions that cause liners to crash, as well as infrasonic vibrations that affect the psyche of crew members.
Among the many other hypotheses trying to explain the anomalies of the Bermuda Triangle, there is one. In the Bermuda region, the powerful current of the Gulf Stream swirls water vortices hundreds of kilometers in diameter. And this affects the change in the course of physical time and gravity.
Here is one of the stories that appeared in foreign tabloids. The American submarine was at a depth of approximately 65 meters off the coast of Florida. Suddenly, her body began to vibrate violently for some unknown reason. A minute later, the satellite navigation system found an object … in the Indian Ocean, 300 miles off the east coast of Africa. In just a few seconds, the submarine covered a distance of about 10 thousand miles! But the most surprising thing is that it turned out that all the crew members had aged 20-30 years!
The Pentagon allegedly tried to hush up this story. The sailors from the submarine were sent for examination at the Center for Space Medicine in Germany. Their further fate is unknown, but one of the employees of the center anonymously reported that these people continue to age rapidly. According to the secret conclusion of military experts, they became victims of a time travel. In any case, they were probably exposed to a strong electromagnetic field … As you can imagine, no official evidence of this heartbreaking story has been found.

And here is more real information. Several years ago, at the bottom of the Bermuda Triangle, two mysterious giant pyramidal structures were found. With the help of special equipment, oceanographer Verlag Mayer managed to find out that they consist of a substance resembling glass. The dimensions of the underwater pyramids significantly exceed the dimensions of all similar structures on land, even the famous pyramid of Cheops. However, they were built quite recently - about half a century ago. And they are clearly not located by chance - in the very center of the fatal triangle. But by whom?
Meyer claims that the technology behind the pyramids is unknown on Earth today. Maybe this is the work of the inhabitants of another dimension, where you can get through a hole in time and space?
In fact, skeptics say, disasters and disappearances do not occur much more frequently in the Bermuda Triangle than in the rest of the world, especially when you consider the busy traffic in the area, frequent storms and cyclones, and numerous shoals. So the most famous pathogenic zone in the world is just the fruit of "yellow" PR. But, of course, this does not mean that zones with pathogenic energetics are generally a fiction.
