Located in the mountains of Peru, the Nazca plateau became widely known for its giant rock paintings, the origin and purpose of which remains a mystery to scientists. But not so long ago, the plateau presented researchers with another puzzle, which quite unequivocally (like, according to many, cave paintings) informs us that the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence is an objective reality.
Half-meter head
The puzzle represents two very strange mummies of humanoid creatures presented by the Peruvian anthropologist Renato Davila Riquelme.
An anthropologist found them in one of their caves, under a city with an unpronounceable name for visitors, Andahuaililas. The famous Nazca plateau is located not far from the city and from the caves themselves.
The find aroused keen interest among most researchers. Scientists from different countries, including Russia, came to Peru to admire the mummies. The exact place where the find was made is not indicated, but access to the mummies themselves was open to all specialists.
The first thing that catches the eye in the form of mummies is an unusually elongated skull, that is, the head of this person (if it is a person) turns out to be more than twice the size of the standard skull of homo sapiens - almost half a meter long. Another thing is that you will hardly surprise anyone with elongated skulls. For more than a dozen years, photographs of exactly the same skulls found in various parts of the world have been circulating in the media.

According to the most widespread version, such "ugliness" was practiced about nine thousand years ago, both among the tribes of the Americas and in Egypt. From early childhood, the “chosen” baby was tied with a special head, preparing him for the position of a priest, since it was believed that such a shape of the head allows him to receive telepathic and prophetic abilities, which, of course, cannot be done without in the priestly position.

Another thing is interesting here: it's not just that people decided that such a head shape rewards a person with such exceptional abilities. Something or someone had to serve as a role model. It is believed that the shape of the head of the gods, that is, once real-life beings of a higher order, in other words, aliens from distant stars, has become a model.
But what does the mummies found in Peru have to do with it? - we ask. Since the practice of mutilating heads has already been confirmed, why not send these ancient priests to the museum and let narrow specialists deal with them.
Here's the thing. In addition to the strangely shaped skulls, the mummies found by Renato Riquelme have a number of other characteristics that make them truly unique. About the first one could say that it belongs to a premature baby, since its height does not exceed 30 centimeters with an elongated skull. The small crown on the skull is not overgrown, as befits a newly born child. It is somewhat shocking that the teeth of this "baby" are quite adult - large and strong.
Three fingers
The second mummy looks more like an adult. Its height is 168 centimeters, but the skull, in addition to being elongated by almost half a meter, is interesting in that there is almost no room on it for ears and nose (in their place are very small holes). But the most interesting thing about the second mummy is the limbs. Both on the hands and on the legs, the mummy has only three long fingers, which is undoubtedly convenient for climbing trees, but we are not talking about a monkey, but about a humanoid creature, clearly buried with honors and according to traditions accepted in those centuries. The photographs taken in the cave where the mummies were found show that the walls of the caves are decorated with drawings. These drawings also depict mysterious three-toed creatures with incredibly elongated skulls.
According to the researchers, the first mummy was wrapped in what looked like a placenta. This can serve as confirmation that we are still facing a premature baby and its elongated skull is not the work of human hands - he was born that way. Renato Riquelme claims that in the right eye socket of the baby's mummy, he discovered an eye substance that, possibly, will allow DNA analysis, and then it will be clear - an alien in front of us or simply a person with serious pathological abnormalities in the structure of the body.
The second mummy is sprinkled with a solidified powder resembling plaster. This could suggest that there is something unclean here - maybe the whole mummy was sculpted from plaster by some pranksters? But X-rays and computed tomography showed that the bones of an ordinary skeleton are hidden under the layer of powder and even there are remnants of internal organs. The approximate age of the mummy is also determined - 2300-2500 years. The owners of the mummies allowed scientists to take tissue samples, and work is now underway with them.
Sensation or fake?
In short, so far everything is quite interesting and even sensational. The only thing that alarms the researchers is that the discovery and the hype around the mummies is directly related (as it turned out later) a Mexican ufologist named Jamie Mousean, quite famous for his "discoveries". Several years ago, he had already tried to pass off as an alien the mummy of a two-year-old child with defects in body structure, which he discovered in one of the local museums.
Scientists do not exclude the possibility that these findings are just a clever fake, designed to attract public attention and raise the rating of the scandalous TV program "The Third Millennium", which is hosted by Jamie Mousean. However, it is too early to talk about a fake. It is possible that this find is really a real sensation and will finally introduce us, if not with the aliens themselves, then at least with their distant ancestors.
