Over the past week, two pictures of Nessie hit the British media at once. The first was taken in mid-September by a vacationer on the shore of the lake, and the second was accidentally found on Google Earth maps.

Deepak Ram, a physician from Manchester, took a photograph on Loch Ness, Scotland, showing what looked like the back of the famous local water monster, Nessie.

The 33-year-old man was relaxing on the Dores beach and at 17.35 saw a large dark mass rearing in the waters of the lake, which at first he considered just a big wave.

But when he decided to shoot the "wave", he realized that it was something solid, which remained practically in one place for some time. An object similar to Nessie's humped back (according to numerous descriptions of early eyewitnesses) was visible for about half a minute, and then again plunged into the water.

However, Deepak Ram himself believes that maybe it was not the back, but part of the monster's neck.

Dores Beach is located on the eastern shore of Loch Ness near Inverness. The previous photo of Nessie was taken by a schoolgirl on August 17, 2018.

The second in a week (and 9 in a row for 2018) Nessie's snapshot was accidentally discovered by American Lisa Stout from Ohio. A woman who is fond of monsters searched Google Earth for images of Loch Ness and found a series of photos that were taken 2 years ago.

And on one of them, she was amazed to see what is very similar to a long neck sticking out of the water. It may well be just a tree trunk, but the object does look unusual.

The picture was taken near the Loch Ness Highland Resort near Fort August. According to researcher Gary Campbell, who collects and counts all cases of Nessie's observation, the upper part of the neck looks like a head and there you can even see the eyes of the creature.

Campbell has been watching Nessie for 22 years and has counted over a thousand sightings of the monster since then.

A huge number of tourists come to Loch Ness every year, hoping to photograph Nessie in a photo or video. Recently, the £ 41 million that Loch Ness brings to the Scottish economy was unveiled.
