Vishvakarman is the god of creative power in the Vedic tradition, the personification of the creative principle of the Universe, a harmonious world order, the creator of the world, the owner of the divine forge, as well as the divine architect, sculptor, who is the personification of excellence in skill.
He is the lord of the arts, the performer of a thousand crafts, the divine carpenter, the most outstanding of all craftsmen and artisans, the creator of all the decorations and attributes of the gods. With his creative power, he prompted the entire Universe to manifest, including our Mother Earth, dividing it into seven islands, oceans and hills.
It is believed that Vishvakarman is the architect who erected magnificent palaces and abodes of the gods in heaven, he is also the creator of all divine weapons possessing incomparable strength and power, and the master who created the chariots of the gods unsurpassed in their magnificence.
It is also the essence of the source of any creativity that allows you to manifest in the material world the images that arise in the imagination.
In the Rig Veda, Vishvakarman appears as the Creator who controls everything that happens in the world. He is all-seeing and omniscient, a wise steward who has given names to all gods. He is the one who is in the highest heaven.
In addition, Vishvakarman is considered a great teacher of architecture, who opened this science to people, telling it in the "Sthapatya Veda".
