Our memory is a very capricious thing. She may refuse to work before an important exam, and then make you remember some strange song like "Jaga-jaga" for the rest of your life. We cannot completely control all memory-related processes. But some tricks make it easier to remember what is needed.
Here are a few tricks to help you hack your memory system.
Spaced repetition method
This is a memorization technique in which information must be repeated after a certain amount of time (intervals).
The intervals are calculated using the formula:
Y = 2X + 1, where Y is the day you start to forget and X is the day you last repeated the information.
For example, suppose you repeated your exam ticket three days ago. This means that the next time you need to repeat it after 2 * 3 + 1, that is, after seven days. This method works especially well when learning foreign words.

Mind Maps
They help to remember a large amount of information through visualization and building logical chains. The mind map looks like a tree. Key information to remember is placed in the middle. Thick branches (sections) extend from it. Further, thin branches extend from the sections, to which details are added. You can design the map however you like. Color the branches, add pictures or stickers.
Sound association method
Suitable when you need to memorize difficult or unfamiliar words. The essence is very simple. In any new word, try to hear something familiar. For example, let's say you want to memorize the English word "hood". It is consonant with the word "thin". Imagine pulling the hood around your face and now it is very thin.
Rhyme
Remember the nursery rhymes for remembering the rules? The principle is the same. You can rhyme whatever your heart desires. Most importantly, try to make your poems more rhythmic. It will be even more effective if you add a rhyme to the tune of your favorite song.
Stickers
One of the most famous and simplest methods. Take the paper sticker. Write on it what you want to remember. Place the sticker in a spot that often catches your eye. On a mirror or monitor. Read the information on the piece of paper every time you notice it.
