The most significant of all scientific areas that in the future should play a major role in the survival of mankind is the creation of anti-gravity devices, and on their basis - the manufacture of vehicles and aircraft capable, among other things, of launching a payload into outer space.
The existing physics puts a bold cross on attempts to develop any ideas in the direction of ways to overcome gravity. It is no accident that antigravity projects in respectable domestic academic communities still belong to the same category as perpetual motion machines, being considered pseudoscience. And this is despite the fact that some academics are making proposals to change the approach to this problem, noting that cybernetics was once considered a pseudoscience. As a result, we are 20 years behind Western countries in the development of electronic systems.

NASA, ESA, Boing, and other large organizations are funding work to find methods to control gravity. And I must say, not without results. In 1995, as part of the government delegation of Kazakhstan, I visited an airbase in the state of Arizona, where, from a distance of about two kilometers, I observed the movement of the platform from one hangar to another for two minutes: it did not have wheels or other elements that ensure contact with the ground. but actually floated in the air.

The idea of using inertial systems to overcome the gravity of the earth is not devoid of sense; in any case, it is possible to at least zero the weight, which will open up the prospect of a simple way to enter outer space. It is quite simple to explain the physical meaning of the phenomenon. The space of the Universe with a high degree of probability is filled with a dark mass consisting of elementary particles of antimatter, neutrinos and many other exotic types of ultrafine matter, which, when combined, create energy fields of different density. Under the influence of the internal forces of the galaxy, these fields move, forming all kinds of currents or vortices and transferring huge masses of dark matter. It is clear that a vortex is a closed ring-shaped formation in the form of a torus, simply a donut. If we assume that there are two tori in our solar system, then one is formed by the star itself. It is he, rotating counterclockwise, drags the planets in the same direction and makes them rotate counterclockwise around their own axis (with the exception of Venus and Uranus). The second torus was formed as a result of the movement of the solar system in an orbit around the center of the Milky Way and twists clockwise. As a result, this external vortex slows down the movement of the planets and does not allow them to leave the system under the influence of centrifugal forces. In addition, the counter motion of two tori preserves the rotation speed of the planets, while simultaneously forming smaller eddies around each of them. In particular,on Earth, such a torus keeps the atmosphere in a closed volume. Evidence that the outer torus exists is its influence on Pioner-10, Pioner-11, on the Galileo ship on its way to Jupiter, and on the Ulysses probe that circled the Sun.

This is how the idea arose to create inertial systems capable of making objects weightless in the conditions of our planet. No matter how much we deny this possibility, there are enough examples of levitation in the world. Let's dwell on just one thing. During the war years in Germany, several attempts were made to create an aircraft that used inertial forces to move in airspace. One of them was set in motion by the smokeless and flameless engine of the Austrian inventor Viktor Schauberger. It is known that at the end of World War II, the only experimental flight was made by the apparatus now called Disk Belonce. The disk hung in the air, flew back and forth. When landing, special stands were used to contact the Earth. After an experimental flight, the aircraft was destroyed.
In the Third Reich, there was a program for the creation of super-technologies for rocketry and flying saucers, which was headed by SS General Hans Kammler. Under his supervision, the Bell program scientists developed an aircraft with two disks rotating on one axis. They were, according to some sources, ceramic, according to others - an inertial system with a variable center of gravity. During the experimental flights, it turned out that when it was lifted off the ground, the apparatus began to vibrate, and this created a threat of its destruction. After the defeat of Germany, the device disappeared without a trace.
However, 20 years later, in Pennsylvania, the Bell project again declared itself - the device crashed during an experimental flight. After that, the device was taken to the Wright-Peterson military base, where German engineers were kept and worked. There were about 40 of them, including Wernher von Braun, the founder of the American space program.

In the second half of the twentieth century, inventors switched to experiments with rotating magnetic fields. The most significant works of the English scientist John Searle, as well as Yuri Burov and Evgeny Podkletnov. It is known that an English scientist made magnets with unique properties, on the basis of which the generator was created. During the test, according to eyewitnesses, after the speed increased to three thousand revolutions per minute, the self-unwinding process began. The magnet, rapidly increasing in speed, moved along the shaft and gradually left its seat. Coming off the shaft, the rotating system began to rapidly go up and soon disappeared from sight. In 1984, a popular German scientific and technical journal published an article about Searl's work.
Another area of research in the field of overcoming the force of gravity is associated with Yuri Burov. More than 20 years ago, while analyzing astronomical data, he put forward a hypothesis about the existence in our galaxy of a fundamental vector potential that can be used to overcome the force of gravity. Burov set up several experiments to confirm his theory, which he described in the book "The Structure of Physical Space and a New Way of Getting Energy".
Interest in antigravity is clearly growing. This is evidenced by the US funding of the Breakthrough Propulsion Physics theoretical project in the field of physics and alternative principles of jet propulsion. Judging by the fragmentary data, positive results have been achieved in some areas. There is no doubt that the West will continue to work in this direction.
