Poltergeist - incidents in life
The distorted talents of a poltergeist manifest in many ways, from throwing stones to spreading a foul smell, from throwing things and breaking windows to starting a fire. But, as one researcher noted, "the phenomenon is exactly like what a child or uneducated person can think of." When it comes to written self-expression or communication by voice, knock or automatic writing, then the messages are usually meaningless, expressed in foul language or simply obscene. Sutherweller Sitwell observed that the poltergeist, apparently, directs its energy to secrets or hidden mental weaknesses, to an obscene or erotic motive that is hidden in the depths of the soul.
1972 - On the evening of All Saints' Day, my assistant Glen McVane, my psychic friend Deonfrey and I gathered to help a farmer's family suffering from poltergeist. The farmer's family consisted of a husband and wife between the ages of 20 and 30 and two small children. In a preliminary discussion of this incident in the evening (before and after the session, which was held in the kitchen), it was found that the spouses showed the abilities of mediums; both of them had unfulfilled desires that could create a poltergeist or arouse in them the influence at a low level of external rational force.
After the session, when Deon described the creature that the couple had observed several times, a scraping and gnawing sound began to be heard from under the wooden kitchen table, eventually reaching the strength that a 200 pound (90 kg) rat could make. and the table began to hesitate. I felt something hitting my leg. Our five pairs of hands were on the table.
The young couple showed no sense of fear. They already believed in our ability to cope with any material manifestation of the poltergeist phenomenon. Later we all confessed to each other that at the first moment we did not know what to do. But we all knew we couldn't feed this thing with some kind of fear.
Our giant invisible rat jumped out from under the table and plopped down into the cupboard with dishes. Although later we did not find broken glass, it sounded then as if the beast playfully smashed all the dishes belonging to the spouses.
Finally, the energy in this thing clearly diminished. It seems that our joint efforts have calmed the beast. Several scratching sounds and the "rat" was gone. According to recent reports, she has not appeared again.
In this case, both, Deon and I, had the impression that we are not dealing with the action of the human mind-intellect and generally not with what was once associated with people. “The spirit of nature” … I don't know if we really understand what this term means, but it is quite possible that there are some energy zones (areas, centers) or natural forces that can manifest themselves in the form of a low-level mind. Perhaps thousands of years of experience made the villagers, close to the land, believe in the existence of special places, the peace of which should not be disturbed. It is possible that these areas of intelligent energy are capable of being controlled and controlled by the human mind; or vice versa, perhaps these "spirits of nature" can themselves manage and partially control the human mind.

This creature, which we encountered on Spirits Day in 1972, probably felt the need to own this farm. This is because this house was built in the very center of what the Indians called the place of "holy healing" and there were always unpleasant phenomena.
Ghost Shooter
The Ghost Shooter case that took place in the 1950s. Try to give an explanation for this phenomenon, which bears the imprint of some kind of intelligent inhuman activity.
In early May 1952, an unseen something unexpectedly shattered the windshield of a car driven by a young woman who was heading for a license and was driving along the Scunthorpe-Doncaster Highway in Linkolshire, England. During the examination of the car, no abandoned object was found that could cause damage. On 5 May, a truck windshield was shattered on the same highway, and again no trace of the weapon was found.
The next day, glass was broken into small pieces on a school bus with children in the same place, but none of the children was injured. You can see behind all this some kind of invisible creature that wants to scare people without intending to harm them.
Maybe the breaking of the windows on the school bus was too much, and so Ghost Shooter moved his shooting range to the road between Isher and Cobham in Surrey: on May 9, the glass of a car was again broken here. The police admitted in the press that they are investigating more than 20 cases of mysterious damage to windshields of cars on the highway, without finding a specific projectile.
June 12 - The invisible Shooter decides to move 5 miles from Newbury to Berkshire, where the glass stories began again. Then he waited several days and punched several holes in the metal doors. And here the ballistics experts found no bullets, debris or stones.
Forced to give any explanation for these cases, the authorities said that the glasses were broken in more than 100 cases:
- voltage in low-quality glass material;
- vibration acting with different loads; - bending of frames; - temperature changes;
- sound waves from passing cars. It seems that instead of appeasement, English drivers have lost confidence in their mechanics, road authorities, or their cars' mufflers.
But the British were playing the Game. They paid appropriate attention to the phenomenon and even got experts to explain it with amazing scientific theories.
The Ghost Shooter was probably satisfied. Now let's check the Americans, their intelligence and practicality.
1972, September 22 - 50 businessmen in Kokomo, Indiana, filed a complaint with the police that someone had shot holes in the windows of their cars. Police and ballistics experts found that all the holes were similar - a small hole in the glass that was too small for a conventional bullet or blowgun, with a crater on the outside. The damaged spot was hardly a quarter-dollar in size and was at eye level or slightly above. It seemed that the holes were punched by the same object, however, as in England, not a single particle of the "projectile" was found. Investigator Captain KK Under ordered numerous tests with all types of air rifles in an attempt to determine the type of weapon from which the shots were fired. But the tests carried out in the forensic laboratory gave nothing. Despising the attempts of the police and citizens to sort out the case, the invisible shooter continued to punch holes in the windows in the city's business district.
The police are already tired of these cases. It was a challenge to their professional suitability: acts of vandalism took place within a radius of 60 blocks, but no one saw the mysterious sniper.
Police Chief Don Scott ran an ad in the local newspaper Kokomo Tribune urging anyone with knowledge of the growing number of injuries to report to the police. But no one applied for this announcement, the whole city was puzzled by what was happening.
The matter became even more complicated when it was discovered that Arrow had managed to hunt 20 miles north of Kokomo in Peru, Indiana. The same week, in September. However, he was more interested in Kokomo, since only 6 windows were hit in Peru.
Then there was a break, the phantom returned to the dimension that he considered his home. He didn't have time to hunt again until April 1954 - at least no one had played the Game or discovered his presence until then - but then he began to mutilate glittering windshields again in Bellingham, Washington. In one week, local newspapers reported that an undetected individual had broken more than 1,500 windows. The shooter acted so energetically in Bellingham that the famous Life magazine on April 12, 1954 devoted an entire article to the case:
“With ominous persistence, thin bullets fly through the air, shattering glass, sometimes while the car is moving. The shooter does not spare anyone - torn scars began to appear even on police cars. Angry businessmen already suspect each other, but the glass continues to break."
Many hypotheses were proposed for explanation: cosmic wobble, effects of polluted environment, cars with demonic vandals. But not a single investigator found a single trace of projectiles "at the crime scene".
April 15 - The Invisible Shooter takes a frolic in Seattle, Washington State. This time he surpassed all the previous ones. The Daily Times published a front page article condemning the hooligans who broke hundreds of windows in one night. Police Chief H. D. Lawrence announced the convening of an urgent meeting to take coordinated action in the situation. “It takes at least 200 people to commit crimes of this magnitude,” Lawrence said at a press conference. "It's physically impossible for a group of people to do all of this, it takes a truckload of explosives to wreak havoc in Seattle."
Again, ballistics scientists have failed to reproduce the mysterious holes in their laboratory. The fact that no physical evidence was found was enough to push the police against the wall.
Some victims of the crime heard a high-pitched sound when the projectile hit an obstacle, but no tracks were found on the dashboard or on the seats.
The stealth sniper must have piqued his buddies' interest with the story of a merry hunt for broken glass, as the safari season has arrived elsewhere.
1954, April 17 - Jokers swept through the three counties of Northern Ohio. Glass clinking has been heard in Los Angeles, Chicago, Cleveland, Kentucky and New England, as well as a dozen cities in Canada. Italy also reported a strange "cancer" hitting the windshields.
At least once, someone in Portland finally saw a thin, round, blackish bullet no more than 0.8 mm in diameter. A woman claimed that she saw a mysterious bullet hit the windshield of a car and go through the glass like a "pop-up bubble."
But no one else could confirm the woman's statement, because so far not a single "shell" has been found for analysis in the laboratory. Surely these bullets self-destructed either after or during the impact.
But there were several witnesses who claimed they were wounded by invisible bullets from our Ghost. The May couple from Rort Wheeler, Canada, sitting in the car, heard a high-pitched sound coming from the windshield. Mrs. May stuck her right hand out of the car to move it in front of the glass, and felt a sharp pain in her thumb. The doctor found a small ulcer on the finger, similar to a burn.
In Binghamton, New York, an invisible bullet caused a small wound on a man's arm.
As far as I was able to establish, these were the few physical wounds from the invisible bullets of the ghost shooter. Of course, there were thousands of wounds in the budgets and bank accounts of window owners, and insurance companies were already about to enter into special agreements for insurance against damage. Rob Cubbage, a Cleveland newspaper reporter, witnessed a stealth sniper methodically knock out 90 windshields in a junkyard. Cubbage wrote that he felt a strange "transformation." He saw no stones, no sand, no bullets flying towards the windows, but he definitely saw "a mysterious thing that broke through the windshields right in front of my eyes."
The two King County, Washington, sheriffs' deputies froze in surprise as they watched the glass shattered on truck driver Robert Nubble. When they returned to report the news by radio, the glass of their car was also broken.
British Columbia lawyer Manuel Caraga heard something hit the windshield of a car. Stopping the car, he watched helplessly as the glass "melted like snow."
After the outraged drivers began to protest loudly, the management of the glass company said that the epidemic that hit the glass was caused by sand and stones flying from under the wheels or chemicals that accelerate the melting of ice.
If I were a representative of this company, I would rather spread fables about the Ghost than admit that the safety glasses produced by the company are so fragile that even a grain of sand breaks them, "melts like snow" or leaves deep pockmarks.
Shortly after the firm's announcement, the Invisible Shooter probably decided to stop hunting. It is difficult to guess what caused this decision - the hypotheses of various experts who offended him or made him have fun. Probably, even such entertainment as breaking glass can get bored after a while. Of course, I admit that I called on the author's fantasy for help, explaining the phenomenon by the deed of a certain mysterious person, in reality it may be some kind of short-term phenomenon or some law of nature that suddenly came into effect under the influence of factors unknown to us. Who knows, maybe this is a kind of protest of some force against pollution of the environment with exhaust gases?
But in the manner of behavior of the Mysterious sniper, of course, there is something from a poltergeist, which is distinguished by the destruction of objects in a childish way, aimlessly and absurdly. Usually, these phenomena dissipate their energy in a relatively short time, if they are not "fed" by fresh emotions (vibrations) of fear, attempts to expel the phenomenon or close attention to it. The area of action of a poltergeist is usually limited in space, but in the described case it can hardly be assumed that an entire nation was attacked with the help of the collective subconscious of mentally ill people. But, with a poltergeist, in reality, materialization of human-like or animal-like creatures with a voice and intelligent behavior is possible.
