Among the abundance of mysterious stories, one reports mysterious visitors, or as they are called "Men in Black". Traditionally, the appearance of "men in black" (MIB) entails various, usually unpleasant consequences. That is why they are sometimes called gloomily - Harbingers of Misfortune.
As a rule, visitors have a characteristic appearance: a magnificently ironed black suit, a dazzling snow-white shirt, a black tie and hat, and boots ominously sparkling with black lacquer. Most often, their faces are deathly pale, without eyebrows and eyelashes, without hair on their heads.
But sometimes they appear before the earthlings in the form of a dark-skinned foreigner with penetrating eyes and wide cheekbones. Some of them had eye pins on their lapels. The same sign can be seen on the Great Seal of the United States.
Summarizing all the information obtained from the eyewitness accounts since 1950, we can say that most often the People in Black appear and disappear in luxurious black cars of the Jaguar or Cadillac brand, quickly appear and just as quickly disappear. Interestingly, although these models have not been produced for twenty years, the cars manage to look brand new.
The purpose of the visits of the Men in Black is to intimidate witnesses of the UFO appearance
So, in 1976, the American doctor Herbert Hopkins met with the man in black. At that time, the doctor was seriously engaged in the study of UFOs. One evening a phone call rang at his house and an unknown man, introducing himself as one of the members of a research team from New Jersey, arranged with Hopkins to meet immediately. At this time, the doctor was at home alone.
In less than a couple of moments, a man whose appearance fully corresponded to the description of the MIB was already standing on the threshold of Hopkins' house. The owner invited the guest to sit down. During the conversation, he noticed that the PMC speaks rather slowly, with difficulty pronouncing each word, as if squeezing out each letter.

It was only after the visitor left that Hopkins noticed that he was shaking, as if in a fever. At the same time, the man later could not remember the topic of the conversation with the man in black.
The appearance of the MIS in the vicinity of Western European cities is associated with UFOs, the hovering and flights of which are noted at approximately the same time intervals. Interestingly, the speech of people in black has almost no intonation and rather resembles a tape recording.
It was also noticed that they speak with a slight peculiar accent, and their words resemble phrases from American action films. For example - "Look, boy, if you value your life and the life of your relatives, do not tell anyone about what you saw here!"
Who are the Men in Black?
Medieval stories about vampires (pale, black clothes) suggest that we are talking about the Men in Black, since the description of the appearance and manners almost completely coincides with the description of the mysterious black people. Thus, the history of the mysterious creatures is very old. However, several assumptions can be made about who these PMCs are and for what purpose they come to us.
According to one version, more real and convincing, these are agents of the special services of a state. Carrying out regular tests, they use threats to force eyewitnesses to keep silent about classified information. And the coincidence with vampires - which has come down to our times in a distorted form, speaks of how ancient organizations work in the field of protecting secrets.
By the way, it is worth mentioning that the most frequent witnesses of UFO sightings, alien abductions and subsequent visits of people in black are ordinary housewives and farmers. Although it is completely incomprehensible to whom a simple housewife can convey information that she saw a flying saucer, and what can generally be learned from such scant information.
This version is not convincing enough for the reason that it is unlikely that agents with such a mysterious appearance and movements that resemble robots work in the CIA or the FBI. Why would employees make secret visits, dressed in some sort of fancy dress, and even driving around in the most expensive cars (regardless of the area visited)?
According to another, less real, but more logical version, the people in black are agents of an extraterrestrial civilization. It can be assumed that they are engaged in some illegal, prohibited in the entire civilized space, acts on our Earth, for example, experiments on living beings, etc. And in order to avoid retribution from the cosmic justice authorities, they appear to witness tricks and intimidate, seeking non-disclosure of classified information.
Another version suggests that the people in black are our distant descendants from the future who travel back in time with specific goals, for example, to see with their own eyes something from the past.
But since it is highly discouraged to interfere in the course of History, then, having caught the eye of someone, they try to rectify the situation and warn eyewitnesses of their appearance from disclosing the revealed secret.
