Near Lake Shira in Khakassia there are interesting megaliths - stones of bizarre shapes and large sizes, which are already several thousand years old. One of their varieties is menhirs. They stand exactly in a row and there is no doubt that this is the work of human hands.
There are many boulders in this area, many of which are completely covered with unique ancient drawings. And on the shore of the lake you can find masonry, very similar to the Egyptian. The stones are laid so close to each other that there are no gaps between them. Nobody knows how the ancestors did it.
The so-called “Mushroom” stone is very popular among tourists. It is believed that such a stone sculpture is formed due to the weathering of soft rocks that are located above the heavier ones. You can also find huge stone "baths" - large depressions in the middle of huge boulders.
The most popular menhir can truly be called the "White Shaman". According to legend, if you pour it with sour cream and walk around it several times, then all diseases will leave a person. The sour cream layer on it never decreases))
The lake itself is also considered unique and curative. It is unevenly salty, but more bland around the edges. Moreover, one small river flows into it.

How to get to Lake Shira: to visit Lake Shira, you can take a bus or train from Krasnoyarsk or Abakan.
