Vadim Chernobrov, one of the founders of the popular public research Russian association "Kosmopoisk", where signals about unidentified flying objects are flocked, once said to "Kuzbass":
Is it fantasy or reality? Time will tell … In the meantime, UFOs were observed over Tisul for several evenings in a row. And the object walked across the sky like a bus on schedule.
With a rainbow on board
In the north of Kuzbass, among fields, old mines and thin, but strong birches, there is a village where rumor from time to time splashes out another story about a UFO. They were seen over Tisul at the very beginning of the 21st century, and in 2012, and in 2014. They also talked about the "plate", but more often - about the "triangle". And once - that there was "a triangle in a circle, on the lower edge of the triangle, in two corners, red lights were burning without blinking, a white light flickered in the center at intervals equal to a white light, this triangle flew low and suddenly inexplicably disappeared."
Then for several years the sky over the village again became normal, without the passage of any mysterious ships: either Tisul was more often covered with continuous clouds, or those in the UFO were cautious … and in the gold of the last foliage it became especially beautiful, on the outskirts of the regional center "guests" were again noticed …
In that special week, the family, of course, did not specifically guard the UFO, but somehow it turned out by itself: then, having noticed it in the window, everyone ran out into the yard, then, going out into the fence before going to bed to breathe, someone was the first UFO to notice everyone called. And everyone stood and watched the passage of the secret for about a minute. And at the same time, due to the merged complete blackness of the sky and the earth, because of the changing UFO lights, they could not thoroughly examine its shape. But Olga's hand, explaining to me how the line of lights went, “automatically” draws in the notebook exactly the UFO-“triangle”. And this family has something to compare with: five years ago, living then on another street, they saw a group of UFOs made of black "triangles" on a summer evening, even at dusk …
That was the year when, according to various world media reports, triangle-type UFOs were seen several times, especially over the United States. And the "triangles" over Tisul looked like a UFO over Belgium, which became a world sensation in 1989-1990.
And yet … Having contacted Moscow and told about the UFO week, about the shots taken but failed, Kuzbass asked Sergei Aleksandrov, the deputy coordinator of Kosmopoisk, a spacecraft design engineer, a well-known historian of astronautics, aviation, and the submarine fleet and military equipment:
- Could the object above Tisul really be a secret Russian structure? Maybe she is still being tested? Indeed, in 2014, several similar UFOs were seen over Tisul at once, and even the way they landed …
- And another question. There is a feeling: in recent years UFOs have been seen less often everywhere, but now they have begun to appear more often, signals about them come more often. Is it really so?

By the way, Vadim Chernobrov ("Cosmopoisk") once personally visited Tisula, but much earlier and at the invitation of other UFO eyewitnesses.
So, riddles from the sky over Tisul were already more than once and still continue to come. For example, Igor Kolmykov told about an incident that happened in the winter of 2007:
That UFO-type saucer in 2007 appeared and was carried away from the central part of Tisul. And "triangles" in subsequent years most often struck the sky over the regional center from east to west.
Well, if these are tourists from the future of Earth, then they seem to have changed their route. But they were attracted by something again: it was familiar to us for a long time, but strange to them …
