Some time ago, a map of the coverage of the territory of Russia with cellular communications was distributed on the Internet (you can see it on the website of the Ministry of Communications). Different operators have different zones in terms of quality and coverage, but it is clearly seen that they cover mainly European Russia and the southern borders, with a tendency to decrease towards the east. From this they drew conclusions in the spirit of "how terrible it is to live." But the reality is much worse: the territories not covered by cellular communications do not belong to Russia at all.
It is known that from time to time people meet with various animals unknown to science, "cryptids" - creatures whose existence is assumed, but not reliably proven, and practice shows that they are found mainly in those territories where there is no connection. It is foolish to assume that all sorts of yeti (Bigfoot) and other snowmen are some kind of under-evolved human relatives. In the time that has passed since the division of the homo branch with other relatives, enough time has passed for them to either become extinct or evolve to a reasonable state. The inability to reliably prove the existence of snow people or irkuyem (giant Far Eastern bears) is just the main proof - they are reasonable enough not to be caught for a long time. Moreover, they are not just intelligent,they have their own statehood and its inherent attributes, such as borders, a kind of social structure and the idea that there are other states on the planet.
In a certain period of time - it is impossible to accurately determine due to the closedness of information, but probably in the late 19th - early 20th centuries - a connection and a kind of diplomatic relations were established with the Yeti state. Why at this particular time? The Soviet government zealously established a new statehood, and did not hesitate to conduct research, in particular, Hyperborea, the Himalayas and other bear corners. Perhaps the research yielded nothing, or perhaps it was during their course that the state of the snowmen was discovered. The technical means of that time did not allow to completely hide what was happening, which led to the appearance of the novel "Sannikov Land" - in which the snowmen were replaced by "Indians" for conspiracy. The love line of the novel does not contradict reality - in the Caucasus, according to rumors, there lived a girl,born to a local resident of a Bigfoot (perhaps it was an illegal scout).
Around the same time, a secret treaty was signed on the borders of Russia and the land of snowmen. They live in climatic zones in which it is difficult for ordinary people to survive, so the presence of an additional state on the territory of the so-called Russian Federation remains unnoticed. People live in separate zones (for example, in Yamal, Chukotka, certain regions of Yakutia), but apparently these are enclaves, the existence of which is regulated by separate agreements. The snowmen do not claim to have a sea connection with other continents - firstly, they seem to have flying machines (flying saucers or vimana - it is impossible to establish the exact identity). Secondly, they do not like homo sapiens - most likely, these are echoes of the extermination of other homo by sapiens in the distant past.
The presence of the state of snowmen easily explains the death of the Dyatlov group - the tourists accidentally crossed the border, where they were torn apart by a patrol of snowmen. The intricate circumstances of the case and fictitious investigations are being conducted solely in order to hide the truth from the Russians.
There is other evidence as well. For example, when Limonov and a pack of comrades were captured in Gorny Altai, the accusation of "attempted coup d'etat" was a common formality. Grandfather and his friends should pray that the faces came out on them before the Yeti border patrols, otherwise we would discuss not only the mysterious death of the Dyatlov group, but also the death of the Limonov group, similar in circumstances, and therefore no less mysterious.
Apparently, there are some leaks, nevertheless. The desire of the authorities to conduct another investigation into the Dyatlov story shows that they plan to continue to keep the citizens of Russia in the dark - apparently, one of the independent researchers is beginning to come to conclusions about the existence of snowmen. Perhaps this is due to the publication of the very map, which suggests speculation about the real territorial belonging of the northern regions of Russia.
