Natural disasters can be the result of experiments with climate weapons.
Hurricane Dorian, which ruined the Atlantic coast of the United States, reached its highest, fifth, severity level when the wind speed reached 300 kilometers per hour. He has not yet calmed down and continues his destructive movement, moreover, even with a weakening of the wind, it threatens to turn into showers and floods. This hurricane affected millions of Americans - according to CBS News, this is about 20 million people. "Dorian" has become the most powerful element in the Bahamas since 1935. The emergency mode has also been introduced in the states of North and South Carolina and a number of others.
A real blow of the elements, the severity of which can be judged at least by the canceled visit to Warsaw of President Donald Trump. The consequences of the devastating Dorian were likely to be more significant if nearly 8,000 US National Guard and Defense Department personnel were deployed to counter the hurricane. For example, 26 rapid response bases are involved in eliminating the consequences of a hurricane, more than 40 helicopter crews are on alert in Alabama, and C-130 Hercules aircraft are ready for search and rescue operations in Georgia. It seems that the United States is prepared to attack and repel external aggression. Or maybe there is a possibility of such an attack - with the use of climate weapons? And the hurricane was driven to the Americans from Russia, as a response to the forest fires in Siberia,floods and hurricane winds, which have become the uniform disaster of this summer?
By the way, a number of Russian experts believe that abnormal natural disasters in Russia are caused precisely by the climatic experiments of the United States. A similar assumption was voiced in the State Duma - deputy Alexei Zhuravlev voiced this topic, announcing the West's testing of climatic weapons, which resulted in multi-day downpours, forest fires and a storm in Moscow. Why not then suggest that Hurricane Dorian in the United States became "man-made" and that this is Russia's response?
As Svobodnaya Pressa already wrote, referring to experts (military meteorologist Alexander Minakov), there are no effective climate weapons today. But research is underway both in Russia and in the United States at full speed. The prospect of real creation of combat climate weapons is rather distant - it will take more than a dozen years.
The American military, as you know, even during the Vietnam War, tested climate weapons in practice. Then, as part of Operation Popeye from 1967 to 1972, 5,400 tons of silver iodide and lead iodide were sprayed over the jungle. During this period, a threefold increase in precipitation was recorded, and the rainy season in the upper Mekong increased from 30 to 45 days. In 1971, there was a flood that washed away 10 percent of Vietnam's territory. The effectiveness of using such methods of fighting Vietnamese partisans is rather doubtful, but practice has shown that it is still possible to influence nature.
Subsequently, studies were carried out in the United States within the framework of the Stormfury project to manage hurricanes and typhoons, in which the Pentagon also showed particular interest. And it seems that they even managed to "retarget" the hurricane from the shores of the United States to Panama in 1969, but there is no reliable evidence of this, and the program itself was curtailed in the early 1980s.
Subsequently, the United States built the HAARP complex in Alaska, the antennas of which are supposedly capable of forming clots of energy in the atmosphere and moving them to any point on the Earth, causing floods, typhoons, hurricanes, extreme heat and other disasters. An officially unconfirmed "blow" from Alaska was also carried out during the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, where it started raining instead of snow, which was almost spoiled by the Winter Games. The heatstroke is believed to have been averted by retaliation from the Russian Sura station near Nizhny Novgorod. And somehow "accidentally" in that year in the American Chicago was recorded a temperature of 40 degrees below zero, and the famous Niagara Falls was covered with ice. Has a “ottochka” arrived for the Olympics?

The Americans mothballed the HAARP station at one time, but at the end of 2017, work on the study of the ionosphere was resumed with particular activity, while "scientific research for peaceful purposes" for some reason is financed by the Pentagon.
The Soviet Union also conducted its own research on climate weapons. The experiments were carried out in the immediate vicinity of the United States - in Cuba, and were aimed at studying the effect on winds. It is not known how successful they were, and it was not possible to create a power plant capable of heating thousands of kilometers of air space.
A joint experiment with France "Arake" was carried out, during which volleys of electrons were fired along the lines of force of the Earth's magnetic field, the resonance from which was recorded at the station in the Arkhangelsk region. As a result, an infra-low frequency transmitter was created, called the "Russian Woodpecker", capable of interrupting communications throughout the planet in the range from 3 to 30 megahertz with the help of an increasing transmitter. It got its name from the fact that the pulses were transmitted at intervals of one tenth of a second, as a result of which a pulsating knock sounded in the radios. At the same time, the energy of the "woodpecker" completely duplicated the rhythms of the human brain, therefore it was assumed that by sending electromagnetic waves to the United States, one could influence the psychological state of people. Washington then responded by building a series of GWEN-designed towers to broadcast low-frequency waves for self-defense (they are now used for the Pentagon's underground military communications).
Neither Russia nor the United States announce or advertise their developments, if possible, to influence nature - since 1977 there has been an international treaty banning any climate weapons. Therefore, all work is carried out for "peaceful purposes". And, for example, the aforementioned Sura research facility in the Nizhny Novgorod region, which was commissioned back in 1981, is now not officially used. This complex was designed to study the relationship between ionospheric disturbances and processes occurring in the Earth's atmosphere. At the same time, the "Sura" also had a military purpose - violation of location and radio communications. It is likely that the potential was much wider and it is possible that the station was not mothballed completely.
In general, the assumption that the United States and Russia exchanged climatic strikes this year - you give us fires, we give you a hurricane - is not without reason.
