Last Saturday, primal fear and mystical horror reigned in the US meteorological community: enlightened adepts began tossing pictures of a strange cloud, filmed in western Wisconsin:

However, after a couple of days there were a lot of pictures from vigilant citizens and the adepts had to answer the question. The answer was: this is a natural phenomenon - a funnel-shaped cloud, but only inverted.
What can I say here, the explanation is comprehensive. It's like if you are walking with a child and you see a mountain that someone has stuck with its top into the ground, like a silicon tip, you explain to your son that it’s just like that, it’s an ordinary mountain, but only inverted. And then it will be interesting what the child has to say about it.

Nevertheless, the situation requires an explanation, and they are offered different: HAARP (he is always to blame for everything), "the finger of God", the intrigues of aliens, climate change, a change in the direction of gravity, and so on. In general, there are quite a few versions, so we will reason logically.
If the cloud stretched upwards, it means that some force was acting on it in this direction. Since the force acting from below is unlikely, the force was from above, that is, the cloud sucked in something. And there may already be only two options.
a) Above the cloud, either a portal opened that released a hefty cosmic pepelats, or the pepelats somehow deformed a kind of "space-time" around itself, as a result of which the condensed droplets ceased to understand where is the top and where is the bottom. And some part of the fog rushed in the wrong direction.
b) In the well-known film Oblivion today, the plot is played out, according to which some race of space bad guys pumps water from the Earth:
The idea of the film is probably quite correct, since water is a resource and there is very little of it on Earth. The small drop of water in the picture below is fresh water, and the large drop is all seas and oceans:
Thus, there is not very much water on the planet, if you look at it, and it makes sense for some “Martians” to pump it. But only an engineering solution with lowering a hose into the sea is not a very successful business, since then the water will need to be cleaned of salts, and the salt itself harms expensive mechanisms.
A much more interesting idea is to pump clouds into the hold - after all, clouds are the main reservoir of fresh water. Therefore, it may well be that people saw the trail of the operation of such a tanker, and in the last couple of years they see such strange clouds quite regularly and no one can explain what it is. The photo below is another cloud of this kind, captured over Texas in May last year.
For those who consider themselves the master and the top of the food pyramid on Earth, such a theory may seem impossible and strange, so let us remind these people that in the past few months, very, very many have complained about a characteristic set of symptoms: general weakness; fast fatiguability; headache; increased sleepiness, mainly during the daytime; periodic dizziness; decreased concentration, memory impairment; dyspnea; sweating and so on.
Nobody knows how to explain this, and everything is written off again to HAARP, to Schumann resonances and so on - whoever likes what. Meanwhile, in medicine, this disease is called the term OXYGEN FASTING. So it looks like someone is pumping out not only water, but also oxygen from under the dome.
