1. PRODUCTIVE PEOPLE KNOW WHO THEY ARE AND WHO WANT TO BECOME
We believe that if you work hard you will inevitably succeed. We take on everything at once, cool down quickly, start over, compete fiercely with others, suffer from vulnerability and self-doubt … And therefore, we are looking for confirmation of our success in material things - a large salary, a wide circle of fans, diplomas and awards.
Truly productive people have skillfully bypassed this trap, do not need outside approval. They fully accept and understand themselves. No other people's cliches and standards have power over their self-esteem. They are convinced that what they do is unique, so any competition is meaningless.

2. THEY DEFINED THE PURPOSE OF THEIR LIFE
Most of us secretly or openly hope that someone like a wise wizard will come down from heaven and set the direction of their lives. The main thing is that this direction is socially acceptable, and even better - prestigious. Therefore, instead of doing what we love, we choose work that is reliable, associated with good pay, or lures with the prospect of fame.
