Memory problems are found in every person, regardless of age! But it can be solved! Learn an easy way to memorize more!
Features of human memory
The problem with memory¹ and memorization can be called one of the main ones at the present moment in the development of civilization. It is difficult to find a person who has a truly 100% memory. Everyone in his life had a situation when he needed to remember some moment of his life or important information, but often it did not work out.
It's the same with memory. Speaking at the level of the brain, memory is a phenomenon in neuronal exchange, when neurons are able to remember what happened in the early periods of their work. Current human characteristics lead to the fact that the memory is getting worse:
- harmful food;
- conditions of the surrounding world;
- no need for constant use of permanent memory (there are many technical devices that are able to "remember and recall").
And at the same time, there are people with good memories.
Success and self-development directly depend on memory.

2 effective exercises to learn to memorize more
An item in a familiar room
- The practitioner chooses 10 words to remember.
- He vividly remembers the familiar room and the things that are in it.
- The practitioner now begins to "insert" words into this room in a clockwise direction.
He inserts associations. For example, the word "guitar": a person sees a lamp on the table and imagines that it is in the shape of a guitar of a bright color.
Or the word "memory": the practitioner looks at a picture on the wall and imagines that only the letter "P" is drawn on it on a yellow background.
Each image must be kept in the head for 5-6 seconds and move on to the next. Having created and memorized the images for all words, you need to go three times clockwise, remembering the images and the semantic words embedded in them.
Item on a familiar route
- The practitioner vividly recalls the route he is familiar with and visualizes² the buildings on it. For example, it may be the way to from home to school, he remembers what characteristic features came across along the way (unusual house, playground, kiosk, playground, store, etc.).
- He recalls what he came across from the beginning of the route to the entrance to the school and creates "marks", highlights the most memorable places or houses.
- Now the person presents the first "label" and associates it with the word to be remembered. The connection should be bright, emotional, unusual: if “guitar”, then it can be a man strumming on a guitar from the window of a corner house along the route. Etc.
- Each image must be held in the head for 5-6 seconds, and then 2-3 times mentally walk along the route, remembering images and words.
If these exercises are performed continuously and over a long period of time, they will automate the superpowers of memorization. These simple methods will allow you to remember more!
